There is absolutely no point in ordering ahead of time you will still have to wait beyond the estimated time in the app. I ordered extra most bestest. I essentially got a thin crust, there was nothing extra about it. People who walked in and ordered got their food before me and I ordered 20 minutes before arriving and still waited. 25 minutes. Zero stars

I recently came in and was informed the manager made my pizza. The pizza was poorly made. The dough was completely thinned out on one side to where when I tried to pick it up it ripped apart. The manager, who made the pizza apparently thought it was a joke smirked at the pizza & asked if I wanted another one. That man does not need to be managing anything, he needs to be fired. He left the employee to run the entire front by themselves for a long time while he stood in the back talking having a loud conversation. I ended up just getting my money back.

Pizza dough taste old, around the 2:00 hr EST, the cooks was bigging each other up, like they in a bro house. Wait time I expected, because I got quality pizza, not this time. Nasty and disgusting,mushrooms never taste like can mushrooms, also I knew it was nasty when I can taste the card board box it camed in, the ingredients lack 100 percent. I should have went to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s or the spot in Newport News off of Todd’s lane. Your establishment is poor when it comes down to satisfaction, I never will patronize you guys again and I’m going to spread the word because cost of living is too high to pay for things that is disgusting.

Words of wisdom, if you’re coming to this restaurant and you are not here 30 minutes from closing time you will not get your food! Unfortunately, I did not think to take pictures until after the fact, but there were at least 10 to 12 people who were unable to get their food this evening from this little Caesars location, including myself some who may have already ordered ahead of time others who were there to pay and order, but we’re unable to do so, because the staff members lock the doors and hide in the back. Nobody came up front to acknowledge anyone, and at the time they closed, you could see the person through the side window, grab all the food that was for pick up and take them to the back another employee was seen walking out the back door with food taking it to a car that was parked on the side of the building which I have a picture of. I also have a video which I will be posting so I can share this deplorable behavior. I understand it’s a Friday and you may wanna go home but just as I have to do at my job if a customer walks in 30 seconds before I close I provide them the same service as I would the first customer!

Ordered a pretzel Pizza with pepperoni cups a side of jalapeno cheese and butter garlic it took over an hour just to find out our food was ready the whole time the workers were slacking kept going over to Rita’s and vice versa for the rita workers. I will never be ordering at this establishment again absolutely terrible service.

Made an order for a pepperoni pizza, Italian cheese bread, and stuffed crazy bread. Got there and they had the first two things done, but had to wait an hour to get the stuffed crazy bread. Also, while I was waiting I saw them mess up two other orders by getting toppings wrong. By that time the rest of my order was cold. Cashier didn’t care, just gave me my order and went in the back. Got home and found out I didn’t get the stuffed bread, I got… whatever is in the picture. Looks like a really bad batch of normal crazy bread, no stuffing. Tried a piece and it was awful. Don’t ever order from here.

Ordered my food online for the portal. Never got a notification that it was ready at the specified time. I go in, there’s nothing in either portal. One person working. He heard me come in and still took his sweet time to come to the counter. Pizza boxes laying around in the back on the counter. After I tell him my name he grabs one from off the back counter and hands it to me. I get in the car and notice I’ve got crap all over my hand from whatever he had the box sitting on. And to top it off got home and wasn’t even what I ordered. It was pretty good though. I keep telling myself not to go to this location. It has gone down hill and never recovered.
