Ordered almost 100. In pizza and breadsticks. 5 orders of breadsticks fit in one bag. And the pizza was horrible. Tried calling because. Thats a lot of money for not good food. And they kept hanging up on me. The long ones are of the only long breadsticks we got. And the others are what we got. Also asked for extra pram and butter. Didn’t get it. This is a terrible place and will never go back. Hopefully getting a hold of management tomorrow to rectify this.

Waited 25 min for my pizza before I went inside to check on it. Then they said they hadn’t even made it yet and gave me free crazy bread. Waited another 20 min for the pizza and went back in and told them I wanted a refund for the wait. So they refunded me but wouldn’t give me the pizza ♀️. Shujuan was rude and had horrible customer service skills and couldn’t do basic math. His GM Adam who he had on the phone wouldn’t give us the pizza for waiting either and didn’t believe we had waited 45 for our pizza. I tried to explain to Shujuan all he had to do was check the original purchase receipt time up to ten min prior when we got our pizza. After he said “I dont know” a million times as to how long we waited he then got offended when I told him it was basic math! Bc it was!!! These kids are ridiculous these days. Customer service has went down the drain!!!

Got there for the lunch special which was not ready. Had to pull over and wait for the order. The young man in the drive thru seemed annoyed—no smile and when I gave my order he walked away. Then came back and said “it’ll be ten minutes.” He didn’t as what kind of drink I wanted or volunteer the information of where I would have to wait until my order was ready. Just looked at me until I asked the questions myself. Food looks good, service could use some work. Maybe he was new? He didn’t even have a uniform on…
