I’ve visited this location twice in the last two weeks, and Manager, “Renzo”, has been unprofessional in both cases. First time I attempted to order I was told they didn’t make cheese pizza. Baffled by the ridiculous assertion; I decided to leave. Giving them a second chance, I returned to an experience that was even worse. Manager messed the order up, came out smelling like weed and said it would take an hour to redo the order. His retorts to punish me failed when I addressed him directly, letting him know about the previous encounter. Suddenly, he could get the order done sooner. Terrible service, and the pizzas taste even worse.

I ordered pick up order 02/07 night.
I had paid online. My husband went to pick up in store not knowing I had paid online.
The cashier only didn’t tell him it was paid for, he took the whole $19. The order was $18.09. My husband didn’t know how much it was because I’m the one who placed the order. He just knew I said I was ordering about $19 worth.
When I found out later that night it was too late.
I called soon as they opened the next morning explaining it to the manager CHRIS!
He told me yes he could check to see if the cashier draw was over from that night, or he could get the cameras checked. He told me it would take a while because it was SuperBowl Sunday, so he was going to be very busy that day. I gave him time.
I called back early this morning and he’s completely flipped things. He got very nasty with me was raising his voice on the phone. He told me that “no he couldn’t check to see if the drawer was over for that night!” He told me “no he couldn’t get the cameras checked!” He told me without a receipt I can’t prove anything. Which I told him my husband didn’t get a receipt that was the purpose of me first asking about checking register count or cameras. My husband said the cashier seemed kind of shaky. He knew I told him we didn’t have the receipt. So he lied saying he would check those things. Today he talked so aggressively to me “I” had to tell him “calm” down. I asked him for corporate’s number he told me he wasn’t given it to me. I told him I was a paying customer and had the right to get corporate’s number. He told me “and I have a right not to give it to you!”. I lied telling him I was recording the conversation. He got even more angry and said “I’m going to hang up on you!” He did. I wish they recorded phone calls so corporate could hear how he talked to me so irritate.
I dug and found out how to contact corporate myself. All of this over money being taken from us. Like he’s covering something up.
He won’t be there too long. He will get his KARMA back. I did not deserve to be lied to and spoken to so aggressively.

I come here every week to buy a pizza for me and my kids. They did not make my pizza with the new pizza dough, which they knew what they was doing when they made the pizza. They could’ve just made a pizza all over again. They tried to throw the salt on it like I would not notice. They inconvenience me. I have business to handle and I cannot come back to bring a pizza back for them to make when they knew they wasn’t making the correct pizza to begin with. I will not be going there anymore. They’re a bunch of cheats and the lady hung up on the phone with me cause I told her it was ridiculous that I would have to bring the pizza back when they knew they what they were doing. All I wanted was a credit, but she felt it was more professional to hang up.

It’s not great pizza. Service is usually pretty good. Things aren’t always “Hot N’ Ready” during off hours. Food quality has really dropped off in the last few months. I couldn’t even eat the last pizza I got from there. Seems like it might have been sitting for a long time in the warmer. Don’t think I will be going back there any time soon. Thumbs down from the whole family.

Worst experience ever, gentleman behind the counter cussing at customers and employees. Smelled very strong of marijuana which is no surprise as I’ve seen other employees smoking together outside. Last time I will visit this establishment. Always a long wait for simple items and I have come to realize there is no management at this location or maybe they just don’t care.

This is absolutely an establishment with severely inadequate customer service and it is critically lacking professionalism. I went today, my first time and requested two pepperoni pizzas. The Anglo Saxon female at the front with the dirty colored stringy hair took my order. She stated there were two ready made pepperoni pizzas in the warmer that are fresh and made less than 5 minutes ago. I informed her that I wanted freshly made pizzas. She proceeded to take the pizzas out of the warmer and show me the pizzas, they looked just as though they had been sitting for 10 or more minutes. Yes, they were warm however, the cheese did NOT have that fresh, glossy, cheesy look, that it has when it is just out of the oven.
I stood expressionless, this female said it will take 20 minutes to make two more. I said that is fine. This female went in the back and informed another larger sized female that was making the pizzas, and the atmosphere became very intense as the female making the pizzas began looking hard eyed and rolling her eyes, while mumbling under her breath and staring at me. This female began talking to other employees (male) in the back and they would take a peek at me as I was standing in the front watching as the female made the pizzas in the back.
After the pizzas were done, the female that made them and the female that took my order allowed the pizzas to sit awhile before bringing my PAID in FULL pizzas to me while they were fresh out of the oven.
The female that took the order said with a smirk, while giving me the pizzas, “the pizzas in the warmer were not fresh enough, these are fresh out the oven.”
While I was waiting for my pizza another customer came in and ordered three pepperoni pizzas. The girl in the front gave her the ones that were already in the warmer when I had arrived 15 minutes ago and told the lady the same thing she told me…they are fresh and were in the warmer less than 5 minutes…seriously…
Please see the names of the staff that work at this Little Caesars which I refuse to give another cent that I work hard for.
The two females that were working around 3:30pm today, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, one at the front counter and the other making the pizzas were the deficit ones. The males were ok…No complaints about them.

Just received my pizza via door dash. It was a pepperoni stuff crust. The pizza wasn’t molded correctly, but the kids were hungry so I decided to give it a try. Basically the pizza wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Part of the pizza wasn’t completely done. Not sure who rolled this pizza, but it wasn’t cooked evenly.
