This is the worst Little Caesar’s to me. Their customer service is terrible and they always give a less than sub par pizza. This was a pizza that was paper thin in the middle and the sauce just bled everywhere. It wasn’t even pizza, it was like a chip drenched in marinara sauce. Very soggy and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I ordered about 45 mins before closing a deep dish supreme pizza and i get it, it’s close to closing but I would rather hear “yes it’s too late to place an order at 9:17” then have raw pizza dough. Of course it’s now closed.

Should have read all these awful reviews, clearly not a well run store
i have never vomited from pizza but this did it. Ordered the crazy stuffed crust pizza and it tasted not cooked evenly. Was doughy in many places, toppings dried out and the crust was soggy? It fell apart, is this normal for this? – I’m nauseated writing about it. Is the oven having issues? Flipped over and dough looked un evenly cooked..I hope it’s just an error, bad night, Was also cut WAY wonky tiny and huge pieces. Hope an area Supervisor doesn’t pop in to grade that cause that was not good! Normally get good food from here! Even the crazy bread was not it’s normal. Please take time to send out good food! Paid for dinner to just throw in trash. That’s not a good feeling and calling for a remake is a waste of everyone’s time.

BUYER BEWARE! They do not have hot and ready pizzas made already. The brown skinned heavy set young man that frequents the counter has a bad attitude and poor service. This store is often behind on orders and messes them up on top of it. After messing orders up, they want you to bring the pizza back, before correcting their mistake. This last time, their were 10 customers waiting for online orders and a few others coming to place orders but were turned away with a 1 hr wait time. After this last order correction, I only received 90% of a pizza. I have included pictures. Place orders at this store at your own risk.

Horrible customer service one pizza looked like it was thrown across the room the others were not cut. Manager at the Store on Sam’s circle in Chesapeake told me to get out. Contacted the corporate office and left a complaint. Was told that the owner or district manager would call me. That never happened. The young lady that works there was very rude when I want back to see the manager

Helping babysit kids isn’t hard when they love pizza! I currently can’t eat pizza but I know they’ll enjoy this. This Little Caesar’s is located in the same shopping center as Harris Teeter.
The Hot N Ready peps are great when you’re on the go. You basically walk in and they’re ready! $5 pizzas, how can you beat that? With tax, $5.58. They don’t carry parm cheese anymore (a lot of places don’t anymore) but they have italian seasonings and red pepper. Walk in. Walk out. that’s all you go

We ordered a deep dish pepperoni, and my husband waited inside for the pizza. When we got home and opened the box the pizza was overcooked. The corners were hard and you could smell the burnt cheese. I called and took the pizza back which was as an inconvenience. The manager had an attitude about the pizza and took the whole pizza and turned it over and asked “how light would we want it”!! Wow, that was very disrespectful and another customer said they couldn’t believe that!! I told her we have been getting pizzas here for YEARS, and we never got one like this!! Then she said it’s a new type of dough!! What ever happened to customer service!! We also order pizzas for our school staff, but she didn’t seem to care!! They use to open the box and show you the pizza before you leave the store, and now I know why they don’t do that anymore because NO One would except this pizza!! VERY DISAPPOINTED how the situation was handled by the manager!!
