I really wanted a pizza after the long work day I had. I normally don’t make reviews and I used to enjoy this Lil Caesars. But whoever made my pizza 1/8 need to not ever make a pizza again. This is absolutely unacceptable. Pizza stuck to the box, crust hard and cheese is, well idk if cheese is on it. I’m am disgusted and going to bed hungry. Smh. Shame on y’all for sending this pizza out looking like this.

No customers inside, employees ( boyfriend girlfriend) discussing personal issues and using very harsh language, I waited 15 minutes before they said 1 word to me and they kept looking at me from the back the whole time…. the male even said omg you just been waiting. The manager came in, and told them to calm it down with their language, he’s older and gets how bad it is for business. While inside the guy room an order that was the wrong food complaint over the phone, I walked my dogs around outside. I came back waited for 15 mins and a guy came in and said his order was wrong too. To much talking and not focused on what is going on. Now everyone is coming in and they could have been had the orders out… if they can talk and I know the whole situation just from waiting.

Ordered during supper rush so my walk in order took about 4 minutes longer than the first estimate. Cashier was both very nice and efficient. She was quite patient with a woman who couldn’t get what the Crazy Puffs are. Food is up to Caesars standard, and well baked. I would go back.

So this is the second Little Caesars location that was really bad. I’m beginning to suspect this isn’t an employee problem. It’s an upper management problem that’s affecting every location.
My pizza was incredibly greasy. The dough wasn’t cooked all the way and was floppy. The toppings were just dumped in one spot and not spread out. And they entirely forgot to cut the pizza.
The fact that I’ve seen this at two different locations means upper management is dropping the ball. I’ve had better pizzas from 7/11 or frozen from Walmart. I’m not even joking, Little Caesars is the worst pizza in America.

I don’t know how long this Little Caesars been in South Norfolk but I really enjoy. The young man who assisted me was very nice.
On April 25th I wanted to try the crazy puffs and I was charged a different amount than what they were advertised normally I would have said something but it was just a small difference. However I’d like to see the correct amount are they $5.80 or are they 3.99? Or was it because they were pepperoni. I’ll be mindful of this.They were good though

Nothing ready for take out at 5pm on a Friday. I thought that was little Caesars whole thing. Employees having conversations customers shouldn’t have to hear. Menu tvs are not on. BUT they got me my pizza in 5 minutes and its good so there it is. I probably would have spent more money if the menu was working

The Cheese & Herb Crazy Puffs™ + Crazy Sauce was pepperoni and it had no crazy sauce, they were burnt and hard. The crazy bread was just bread with no cheese or seasoning on them. And the stuffed crust pizza was cooked so long the crust was hard and so browned that it was the same color as the boxes interior. This was the worst experience I’ve had with this company. Very disappointed.

Food was about average. But the service was great. The store worker helped carry my food to my car as she i was on crutches. At first glance, I saw several people loitering in front of the store that looked like they were waiting for someone to ask for handouts. I didn’t feel safe. I went to the door, got my order, and left. The people DIDN’T BOTHER ME OR ANYONE!! It was just my first impressions. I am glad I enact on first initial impressions…

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an online order for pickup yesterday. It said it would be ready in 27 minutes (at the most). I walked in with my app saying it was in the oven for over 35 minutes. The front desk worker stated immediately all orders aer 45 minutes to an hour. I stated I ordered on the app, he apologized. He wasn’t the issue. The back staff was nonstop yelling and cussing the entire time I was in there. I was by far THE WORST experience I’ve EVER had at any Little Ceasars. I willl never return to that location again. Plus I believed my pizza was pulled out before cooking all the way because 2 slices was white with moderately cooked cheese and not hot to the touch like the rest of the pizza. From when I placed my order on the app to when I walked outside with pizza in hand, it was exactly 1 hour.

Tonight dec 11 at 6:14 manager playing with an employee he was playing in her hair with gloves on while handling unsanitary I don’t expect a lot out of them anyway but beware of food contamination I’ll never order from this location
