This Little Caesars on Battlefield in Chesapeake is consistently one of the most poorly run locations I’ve been to. Tonight was just another example. I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:20 PM. It’s now 6:50 PM and I’m still waiting.
The online tracker stopped updating, so I went inside to ask about my order. I was told I’m eighth in line, even though my pizza was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. The only explanation given was that they “just opened an hour ago,” which makes absolutely no sense as an excuse for scheduling pickup times they clearly can’t meet.
To make it worse, there are about 20 people inside the store right now just as frustrated as I am, all waiting well past their pickup times. The place is completely disorganized and no one seems to have any real answers.
This isn’t the first time either — almost every time I order from this location the pizza is 20–30 minutes late past the scheduled pickup time.
If you’re going to promise pickup times, at least run the store in a way that can actually meet them. Right now it feels like total chaos.
Update: I just left after hearing a guy was waiting for two hours

i understand if the wait is long, but be transparent. Every 10 minutes i would ask how long and they would say they are working on it but it was a lie. I could have just saved my time if they were honest but i ended up wasting 45 minutes of my time. they are nice but management needs to do better to ensure their team is supported.

Legitimately the slowest possible Little Caesars. Each time we’ve tried this location, we ordered and got an estimated pick up time (each time it was over an hour), and then arrived after the pick up time to see that the food was just entering the oven. And unlike Dominos, this special pizza oven takes 30 minutes to bake a single pizza instead of the expected 3-5 minutes. Don’t expect your food to be ready at dinner time

If you’re going to order from here, just know this location doesn’t actually honor their pick-up times in the app. I’ve ordered for pick-up NUMEROUS times here and every time, no matter what day or time, it is always late (including over an hour late one time). Wasn’t even a bulk order.. or a pizza.. also doesn’t seem to matter how early I put in the order either. It. Is. Always. LATE. Do not come here if you need to grab and go with your order! On top of everything, they have messed up my order more often than not. This location is NEVER Hot N Ready.

This location is horrible. Nothing is ever ready, and they gave my online order away to someone randomly, and then tried to blame it on me… That I ordered it at the wrong location… But, I did not.
Someone walked in, said they had a pick up order, the store gave them my order without ever verifying who the order was for.
Now I have the privilege of fighting with corporate to try to get my money back.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had here. The staff was extremely rude. Waited over 30 minutes for only 1 pizza. Nothing crazy just a regular pepperoni. Won’t ever be coming back

Only reason why I’m giving a bad review is because yesterday I ordered some food online at like 3pm, went to go get it and the door was locked with no employees or managers in the store. Still haven’t gotten my refund for my order that I never received and they won’t answer their phone

Never really order from here but I was ordering for a group. I ordered extra most bestest well as you can see from the picture, I was missing the most and bestest.
Who was working when I ordered, the older white late miserable lady ! Go figure. I ordered a year or so ago around noon and was told she didn’t do cheesy bread until 6pm. Crazy right ? That was the last time I stepped foot in there. Tried it again yesterday and was reminded why I stopped coming here.
