My husband came home with a pizza that looks and taste like it’s been sitting there all day. Cold and dry! Which is amazing considering he called to pre order and was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on when he didn’t say hello fast enough. So he decided to just show up and this is what we ended up with! My toddler wouldn’t even eat her slice of pizza.

So I hadn’t had Little Caesars in a few years but I recently saw the extra thin pizza commercial and thought I had to try it. I have to say I was really impressed. The thin crust was pretty good and so was the cheese bread. It wasn’t amazing enough to become my new default pizza place but it was definitely good enough to make me want to go back. The customer service was good, and the hot and ready lived up to its name because I got it right after paying. The location isn’t bad, it’s definitely the easiest part of Sam’s circle to get in and out of but I do wish it was in a different spot.

After being told to wait 10 mins for a Classic Pepperoni & Italian Cheese bread I was not pleased with the outcome! We actually waited 28 minutes for this!! An uncut pizza w/ so much marinara sauce AND burnt bread! We waited in the drive thru about 5 minutes before they asked me to park —this is the set up for a longer wait apparently— I waited for 23 more minutes- when she brung out the food she forgot the marinara sauce ♀️ She went back to get it & I only peeped at the bread. Boy when I got home I was heated due to the fact they closed at 10pm & it was 9:59! I will NOT go to this location again, I honestly prefer the Liberty St. location bc they always get it right. I only went to this location b/c I was leaving the Walmart nearby ♀️ Never again

Previously ordered a pizza last week and I was highly disappointed in the overall everything, but the manager reach out to me and apologized for any inconvenience and offered to make it right. Glad I took them up in the offer because they did it right, looked delicious, was cut perfectly and was very pleased at how nice the manager and young lady working the register were and apologized for something that was not there mess up at all.
