I visited a different location and tried the crazy puffs for the first time, and they were delicious. I decided that I wanted to have them again today, so I came here to purchase them. However, the way they prepared them was a complete disappointment, primarily due to the lack of sauce. It was dry, just bread and cheese. I returned inside to inquire about the sauce, and I was informed that this is how they are served (with a dot of sauce) smh. As an alternative, I was offered the option to purchase a container of sauce. It appears that they intentionally provide a small amount of sauce to entice customers to purchase more.

i’m officially done w this location.tonight was the last straw. I’m eating Partially cooked doughy pizza . Doesn’t even look appealing . And now the workers are so lazy I was given a surprise to … I was left with the dutie cut my own pizza 12/15/25
Ordered a deep dish … and from the photos… I honestly can’t tell you the difference between a regular pizza and a deep dish. It was extremely hard .it lacked sauce for sure. and definitely over cooked. I just feel like they don’t really care .smh
show myself I wasn’t going back I did because I was rushing for something quick on the way home. I placed order online for cheese pizza and Someone thought it was a good idea to sell me an old one. I definitely should’ve checked before leaving. But y’all trifling.

I don’t know who was working today or what new hire made our two classic cheese pizzas but these the BEST pizzas I got from them in a while. Someone was happy to be at work today. It taste like they made it for themselves then gave it to me. Added a lil seasoning from home and had to write this. The crust was so soft and fresh tasting.

My recent visit to Little Caesars provided a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was acceptable for its price point, the service truly stood out as a highlight. I am note sure if the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant transaction. However, the atmosphere of this particular franchise was less than ideal, lacking cleanliness and a welcoming feel. For a grab-and-go meal with great service, it’s fine, but don’t expect a comfortable dining experience.

Called in to place an order since the online method doesn’t allow use of gift cards, the woman who answered was extremely short and rude by telling me to check gift card balance online first, I told her it was new and not a concern, she then or me in his without warning for 12 minutes.
12 minutes later in pulling in the parking lot still on hold when she gets back to the call. I place my order and walk in to pay. She failed to give me a receipt and when I asked for the the time it would take they all ignored me, one been nothing but polite to them. I figured it would take already l at least 15 minute so my wife and walked around the nearby neighborhood for 15 min and came back in. We walked in and saw others people good ready but not ours so we decided to step outside a few more min.
When I walked back inside I never said a word and the ride woman says “Tony stop rushing me”. Which was really odd since I hadn’t said anything since we paid and went on the walk. It was just bizarre to be abruptly out on hold, hung up on, ignored, and insulted with allegations. And the best part was as we were pulling out of the lot they had forgotten the sauce that they charge for.
Also, the sidewalk and parking lot all around the corner and in front of the business was absolutely disgusting and covered in cigarettes, trash and other unmentionable things.
It was a pretty sad experience overall but this appear ls to be their standards there from previous visits as well..

It took over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then another 5 minutes to have the worker come back to take my order. I was told 10-15 minutes, but it took 40! The order wasn’t even right after all that waiting. AVOID this location.

Went to this location as the Mechanicsville location is abysmal. Wanted the pretzel crust pizza as it’s the only reason we get little Caesar’s.
They just don’t make it. You can order it. They’ll label it as such. But all you’re getting is a pepperoni pizza with salt on the crust.
That’s not what I ordered or was advertised.
