Management we beg you to come down and retain your staff here at new location . Under cooked and wrong pizza . We got our orders wrong three times. Today chessy bread was under cooked and was raw. We will bring it back tomorrow. We were given and extra pizza to make up for wrong order thin pizza than thick. What the point in ordering your favorite pizza and given extra pizza that was wrong.We will go to another location You can give customer extra pizza if we paid for the pizza of our choice wow . We didn’t want extra pizza. Get our order right Management please retrain staff they really need it. Please really needed.

Hi so sunday night I got a pizza and there was change in my pizza box I’m just leaving this review as training material as money especially change has a lot of germs on it like. I just had, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience of my life in this store. I think my order of “one pepperoni pizza and one sausage pizza” got lost in translation with the lady at the counter and after waiting around 8-10 minutes a different employee came out and I received one pizza with pepperoni AND sausage. As the price of a 2 topping pizza and 2 one topping pizzas might be similar, plus I ordered a 2 liter, I didn’t catch it until the order was fulfilled but I immediately told them it was incorrect. The employee then went back to talk with the manager. The lady that rung me up then returned and began to say “you want cheese? I have cheese” over and over. I began to get more and more confused while trying to talk to her and began to notice other employees in the kitchen looking and laughing. I assumed she was suggesting she would just give me a cheese pizza for my troubles and I would leave so I said yes. The lady then said “okay total is…” I was shocked and immediately stopped her. Then the gentleman returned from talking to the manager and said “okay you’re options are; wait another 20 minutes for us to make the order correctly, or pay for another pizza.” I felt like I was being shaken down for another 10 bucks. Anyway I paid and then he said “Okay 10-15 minutes”. Finally I got my pizza and left after about 45 minutes total and having to pay twice because of a mistake that wasn’t mine. I will not be back. The manager never even spoke to me.

I will no longer be going to this little Caesars. This is the second time I’ve told them extra cheese and there’s no extra cheese on my pizza the gentlemen today told me it was extra Cheese on my pizza and I could clearly see the exposure of the sauce, not covered with cheese

I’m very excited that we have a Little Caesars in the community! I had been seeing it for a while and was happy to hear that they had their promotion for a one topping free pizza. Not only was the coupon made a typo. The worker that I talked to seemed annoyed that I brought it up.
I understand that they had heard about the typo for a while.
I let them know they still need to honor that coupon when I picked up my pizza. Pepperoni Pizza was hot and ready just like they advertise. Pizza was pretty good too. No long wait time either.
I was told by other family members they wouldn’t give the free pizza out because of the mistake which isn’t true.
Overall, the customer service a and communication about the typo should have been honored 100% to the community. Definitely will be back!

My pizza was so undercooked it was just dough. The manger Jamie was incredibly rude and after waiting hours to speak with her she insisted I bring the raw pizza back even though it’s right before closing if I want a remake- no refund. I called when I got the raw pizza multiple times and she didn’t answer until 2.5 hours later after I had to make other dinner arrangements. My expectations are very low, all I want is edible. The customer service is 0/10.
UPDATE. It somehow got worse… I saved my old pizza and receipt to get a refund and Jamie the rude manger didn’t know how to do refunds and had to call the “district manager” to talk her through it. The “district manger” and Jamie were speaking very rudely in Spanish about me (I brought my Spanish speaking boyfriend). The “district manager” responded to my email complaint about Jamie being wildly disrespectful and inappropriate saying since I got a refund there was nothing left to do and to have a nice day. Considering how rude and disrespectful Jamie is, it’s no surprise she learned how to talk to customers from the “district manager”.

Most of the staff are slow , no acknowledgment when I arrived. Heavy set Hispanic girl , had a full mouth of food while preparing other people’s food . Waited 25 minutes and they weren’t even busy . This place has sucked since it opened .
