I see some negative reviews, which is unfortunate because every time I’ve come here my food has been hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. I always get the cheesy bread with pepperoni and it’s made within the timeframe they tell me.
The only issues I ever notice are on busy Friday or weekend nights because naturally things take a little longer. I’ve always worked in the food service industry, so maybe I have a little more empathy, but it’s sad seeing people yell at the teenagers at the front counter over a pizza. They get a lot of traffic and I feel like they’re doing their best. When I check in they give me an update and my order is usually ready within a few minutes. During the week it’s always right on time.
The staff has been friendly and professional every time, which I appreciate. If you want something super fresh just ask. At the end of the day it’s good affordable pizza, not a $100 steakhouse. I still support this Little Caesars!

First time this has happened to me, I went through this just now and these were harder, but super hard, I couldn’t eat them all the way to my mouth, it really hurts me to be ashamed that they give you old food when you pay for something fresh. It didn’t look like fresh food, freshly made, it was disgusting, to be honest.

Pizza was done quickly and this is the most picture perfect and symmetrically sliced pizza I have seen! The guy was polite and retrieved my pizza right away. Yes, it taste great too. I placed the order online, started driving, and it was done just minutes before I pulled up. Overall great experience and pizza.

The worst little Caesars You can go to. Manager is rude. Doesn’t offer any of the basic pizzas. When I asked for the tomato sauce that comes with the cheese bread I was told it’s only thru the app. There is a picture of it everywhere

So disappointed; we made an online order, and the website says it was ready to be picked up at 19:54. I came to pick it up, and it was not ready for more than 45min; not only the Customer service is so bad and unprofessional, it doesn’t take ownership and rude. Such kind of service makes your score bad, for a big brand like this have such time waste is sad. No one will place an order if they choose to water more than 40min at the spot.

I ordered thru the app and got a message that my order was ready. The pizza portal doesn’t work, there were multiple people in line ordering and the lady at thr counter wouldn’t give me my order until all the other people had ordered. Even the lady in front of me told the girl to give me my order. Not sure why I had to wait. Also, the breadsticks are ridiculously small, barely longer than thr cup of marinara that it came with.

This is by far the worst Little Caesars! I have had a bad experience the last time and wanted to give them another chance. Big mistake. The crazy bread is overcooked, no butter or garlic and is hard as a rock. And , as you can see in pic, looks nothing like crazy bread. The deep dish pizza wasn’t fully cooked either- had to eat around edges. So disappointing and disgusting. I’ll go out of my from now and order from Richmond highway location moving forward.

Holy cow! Took them 6 minutes to realize I was there. They were all in the back laughing joking eating drinking touching every single thing. I watch a gentleman and dark glasses wipe his nose on his hand and go back to work the hot and ready pizza cost me $9 there’s barely any cheese. I ate a slice and tosses it.
