Don’t order here unless you want a messed up order and trash customer service. I ordered via the app a deep dish with extra sauce and some wings. I picked the order up from the no contact box. It is rush hour in Richmond highway. I start eating a slice on my long road trip. I notice there is NO sauce. So I call and talk to the person claiming to be the manager. Who tells me I “can drive back up there and get a cup of sauce” or I “can bring the original pizza back, and then he’ll remake it. He says, “Those are my options.” I ordered a pizza with extra sauce not no sauce with a cold side cup of sauce and I don’t have time especially considering the traffic to drive back and wait on another pizza to be made hopefully correctly. There is zero customer service. I doubt the person on the phone was a manager, but either way, they should get a new job.
*update* was contacted by the manager. She sincerely apologized for her employees’ behavior and offered to make my order over for me. This time, it was made perfectly. I appreciate that the manager took the time to reach out and make this right. I have since ordered from there again due to the managers customer service.

Cheap but good pizza outbeats spending at the other big brands. I rather have a good ten dollar large pizza than a iffy twenty dollar pizza. Not only that, but a nice service the lady at the front desk was kind patient and answer the questions i needed answered, will definitely be spending my money here. Martca is a wonderful person that brought a friendly atmosphere she should certainly get credit for bringing money into the company.

Every time i come, the pizza is alway hot. Marissa helped me out with ordering. She was fast paced while still being polite and friendly. Great customer service and work ethic <3. Pizza came quickly. Tastes great as always.

If the pizza is made fresh its okay. It seems like they can never be bothered to pick up the phone. They habe a tendency to keepthe pizza for too long and still think it’s acceptable to sell to customers

I went into the store and placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and two orders of breadsticks. The gentleman told me it would be a 10 minute wait as they had to cook it fresh. I live literally five minutes away from the store when I got home the pizza was freezing cold and it was hard. The breadsticks were soggy and cold so clearly this pizza nor the breadsticks were freshly made spend the extra money and go to Papa John’s.

Worst service ever! I was served a pizza that was folded, when I asked for a new one I was ignored by the staff. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked for a manager. The manager came out and was just as rude! He told me she had told me they were remaking the pizza. I told him she did not and he wanted to sit and argue. I am emailing corporate.

And Thursday evening we order two pizza and two liter drink I was charge almost $35 dollars when the driver deliver my order I only receive drink and where’s my other she that they only give her one… Not only that one is answering my calls since Thursday evening then this is what one of the pizza looks like.
