Ordered delivery not realizing it was through Doordash. Was delivered but missing an item. I called the driver who said that’s all she was given, so I called the store. The man who answered the phone was AWFUL. Repeatedly stating that they don’t do delivery. When I said my order was delivered but not all the items he just hung up on me.

Would be a zero star if there was an option. The cashier was a friendly as brick wall, when ordered at the counter I asked if the pretzel pizza could be made without peperoni and he said yes. And I responded clearly with I’ll get that without peperoni..
When I received my order, it had peperoni and he proceeded to point out the order ticket. He got confrontational and said it cannot be made without pepperoni. Waiting 30 minutes for my lunch to be made. During this time I’ve watched countless customers being given the same unprofessional treatment.
Have not been here since 2022, there must have been a change of ownership. Definitely won’t go back to this franchise with this ownership.

So i went in here and asked for Italian cheese bread. They had a pep one up and asked me to take it saying he’s out of cheese. After arguing for a few seconds i finally walked outside frustrated and called in for the cheese one. When i walked in to pick it up and he realized it was me, he ran in the back so quickly and begged someone else to ring me up. Hilarious!!! He refused to come back up until i was out the door! Not good business dude! Don’t lie to customers!

Every time my son and I get pizza here, the guy at the register always gives my son a free bag of cookies. I thought that was sweet and kind of him. It is usually not a long wait and the food is always fresh. Definitely recommend.

Took a little while to get helped. As there was only one person working. He definitely needed more help. So this review isn’t fair because my issues were due to him not having enough help to do the work of 5 others himself. He was a trooper with it being on a Friday. I comend him for keeping his cool and composure with how many not nice customers were in there.

This place has gone downhill. I used to go to Little Caesars for dinner at least once a month, sometimes more, but it’s been a while since my last visit. Since I wanted pizza but my oven was up, I decided to swing by because I was in the area and wanted to save. Unfortunately, the first attempt didn’t go well; employees were in the back horseplaying and acknowledged neither me or the two other groups that came in. They saw us, but didn’t come up front to serve us. I decided I would go elsewhere, but I ended up stuck in the area for another hour and Franks wasn’t in the budget, so I came back about an hour later. This time someone came up, but they rushed me through my transaction, interrupting me multiple times. Suppose this place is still fine if you use the Pizza Portal, but the entire point of the place is hot and ready pizza. If they aren’t going to treat their walk-in customers with respect they don’t deserve online orders either. The only redeeming factor is that the place is relatively clean and the food is a great value, but considering the place is developing a track record with its newer employees I think you should avoid it from now on.
