I love their cheesy bread, and the lady’s here never fail me. If something gets messed up in the process they always fix it before I even notice. The cashiers are always very nice. Those phones are busy though! still, they do great work.

Went for the first time in years last night and I’m so to pleased.F uest, their phones not working right placing the order, could barely hear them. Then, I waited over 20 minutes while they were looking for this lady’s list order they could have remade twice in that time before deciding on finally remaking it, then after waiting shetold me she wasn’t going to charge me for the marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Thsts great as they didn’t give me sauce anyways! The philly cheese steaks puffs were great, but the pizza was undercooked and pooled in grease.

Unfortunately this is a hard one to do . I came here on two separate days first day got my hot and ready with amazing service. Then the second day complete opposite no pizza and the chick working the counter had an attitude from hell. So moral of the story good luck hope you get the dude from the first day he was great.

Food was great, service sucked! I placed my order online at 8:38 pm, and was notified that it would be ready between 9:00 and 9:05. I get there a little before 9, and waited. Side note, my son placed an order at the same exact time. We literally hit “Place Order” at the same exact time. When we walk in a little before 9, my son’s order is already in the pizza portal, ready to go. We wait until 9:05 and ask about my order…we’re told 10 mins. So I take a seat. My husband asked 2 other employees, at separate times, when the order would be ready. He’s told “we’re waiting on the bread.” 9:32 is when my order is finally ready. 58 mins for 2 pizza (One cheese/One pepperoni) and 2 orders of crazy bread. The worst part, is that the only difference between my order and my son’s, was the 2 orders of crazy bread. Does it take over 32 mins to cook crazy bread? I don’t see how when it usually seems almost raw. It’s worth mentioning that, no less that a dozen people came and went while I waited. Very blasé attitudes (from all 3 employees) about the order being 27 mins longer than what the app said, and 32 mins longer than it took the other order. Wasn’t even offered the consideration of an apology. Very poor service.

Tried ordering online. Was down for hours drove to store. Was told I had to order online to get the specials. I asked how when your service was down. Manager says I can’t give you the specials on store. Walked out last time ever buying anything from this chain anymore.

Tried the pockets. Pepperoni ok. Held it’s shape, easy to eat. Cheese-steak, not so much, all 4 pcs. melted into one huge blob. No resembling flavors of ch.steak….r u sure that was beef?

Ordered DoorDash and the guy forgot half my order. So I called them and the manager was nice and I know it’s not their fault that the dasher sucks. So manager told me I can come back and get it sometime soon. Took about half hr for the pizzas to be remade. Only one of the 2 pizzas had stuffed crust and the breadsticks were raw. The rest of the food was ok.. already canceled my dash pass lol

Don’t know if this location improved or little caesars in general improved. I hated their pizza my whole life and refused to eat it at parties or work events for years. Finally came around and tried it again and for the price it’s pretty good. I’ve definitely had better but if I need cheap pizza I’ll start coming here again.
