I saw a commercial advertising Pretzel pizza. This Lil Caesar Pizza was the closest location that sells the Pretzel pizza. I ordered a Pretzel cheese pizza. I opened my box and immediately told the staffs this is not a Pretzel pizza. I showed them the online menu how it was supposed to look. The manager explained that is how our Pretzel pizza is made. I reluctantly excepted the pizza that look nothing like the picture, however, there was salt on the crust. I tried the pizza and it definitely was not a Pretzel pizza. The staff was not that friendly. I don’t think I would go back to them. Thanks. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback

I placed the order online for 2 pizza puffs and the app stated my order was ready, it wasn’t. When asked, said it wasn’t then I see one small box on the counter. I asked if it was part of my order and she said no. After 5 mins I see them pull out a white jug and do something to the box on the counter and a new box. Turns out, it was part of my order and they added the “glaze” to the less than hot puffs. There were puddles of the glaze on top. I said no thank you and asked for a refund. Her and the manager were just awful. First – don’t lie to customers when we have full view of your work area. Second don’t get an attitude and proceed to make the wronged customer wait while you ask another customer to step up and place an order. Third don’t attempt to gaslight the wronged customer by saying she needs to calm down when she hasn’t raised her voice nor used inappropriate language. This may be a new store but they need to do better.

I did not receive what I ordered. Stuffed crazy bread (3 pcs) is not the same as crazy bread (8 pcs.). And I ordered pretzel crust. Very different than regular. Thanks for screwing up such an easy thing and then not apologizing for your mistake, let alone do anything to make it right. Yeah, not ordering here again.

I am not the type to make a big fuss over food but today was my first and last time visiting this location. I ordered two cheese puffs and bbq chicken wings for $27. If I could rate this place a negative 5 stars…I would. The cheese puffs were dry, and the bbq chicken was watery. I had to recook the chicken in the air fryer. This place is relatively new for the food to be crappy. I hope the owner re-train the staff before they go out of business. The folks is going to give these people hell. We hate wasting our money.

The owner really needs to step up and do some better care at this location. The customer service is ratchet all they do is chat & talk & talk barely attending to their customers. I called 25 minutes ahead of time for a specially made pizza. when I got there they didn’t have it ready & I had to wait 20 more minutes. I will personally call the health department just to see if it’s okay that they don’t wear gloves while they prepare food.

The food is okay but the health department should go in there. I spoke with the manager today and he said GLOVES are not required but when you’re dealing with food you’re always supposed to wear gloves. He said he just wash his hands repeatedly.

I am incredibly pissed off! I waited for 30 mins for a single deep dish pizza and crazy bread when i 100% know for a fact that it takes no longer than 5 mins to get that out. I used to work at little caesars and i know how long it takes to make the food. People are sitting there just staring at me while i can clearly see my food sitting under the heating lamp. Some girl with purple hair is standing around chatting on her phone and im just standing there when i should have been gone 25 mins ago! I want my money back!
