I ordered pepperoni pizza today, and it did not taste as good it was before. The pizza doesn’t taste like pizza . It’s no taste at all. I used to love it but now it taste like trash. Did not finish it I throw everything to the trash. I am not going to buy anymore to this pizza place.

I’m not racist or anything like that but how disrespectful, not being able to take the food order that the customer wants!!! sooooooo the guy is Indian and he started laughing in front of my face with the cook because he insisted that he bring me a pizza that was already made, which by the way was not what I was ordering, if they are going to have employees like that it’s better not have anything apart from the fact that he was Indian and couldn’t speak the language well. I understand that it is difficult many times but he really was pedantic and disrespectful towards the customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I HOPE THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO WANT TO WORK.

My first time to a Little Caesars in, can’t remember. It actually wasn’t that bad. Good prices, good pizza, and ready on time. Wasn’t aware they only have one size, large. I’d go back, a nice change from the other chain ls.

I got takeout. The pizza wasn’t my favorite. It didn’t taste fresh. The crust was very doughy. The service was acceptable. It wasn’t stellar but it wasn’t bad either. All in all everything was average. I didn’t dislike anything terribly, but there was nothing about my experience here that would make me come back.

I’m not sure how anyone working in a restaurant would feel comfortable serving customers something like this. Please tell me what this is because this isn’t a cheese pizza! This was one of three pizzas I ordered along with crazy bread. The deep dish was edible. I certainly got my money back but the customer service was nonexistent…the person at the register was apathetic about it as if this is an often occurrence.

This is the second time I have used my limited lunch break to try to buy the four pieces of pizza and a soda lunch combo, and the second time different fine print rules have stopped me from buying it. These multiple different rules aren’t listed on their website or online in general, you have to physically go to the place to find out you can’t get it. They put all these rules around the thing so if you unknowingly come in at the wrong day or time you’re forced to spend more money.
Obviously this company does not want me to buy lunch there, so I’m going to oblige them and never, ever waste my time attempting to eat at a Little Caesar’s ever again in my life, and I will actively discourage others from eating there also.

I have been going here since 2015 and the new owners take great care of it. The pizza is better and the pizza quality has been better since. When I called the person who answered the phone was polite and careful to taking my order. The service is great and paired with the pizza quality toy makes the store’s atmosphere better. Overall great store will continue going.

The price of the pizza has doubled. Corp now allows franchisees to set their own prices. The customer service has declined, and the dough is not the same and has an awkward taste and texture. A word to the owners… if you raise the price, make sure the customer service and food quality are good. I’ve been going there for years, but this last visit put an end to that. No need to go back for low-quality ingredients, higher prices, and dull customer service when there are better options, such as Tony’s, Brooklyn Brothers, and Pizzanos.
Little Caesars was always known for a great deal! The deal is a thing of the past at the Haymarket location.
