I arrived at 8:54 to this location expecting to order two large pizzas with Italian cheesy bread and to demise, the doors were locked and the worker was ignoring the door. Posted in their window is that they’re open till 10:00 pm. That’s a little early if you ask me.

I ordered my food since 6:40pm and got to the store at 7:21pm the order said it was ready for pick up 7:08 at the counter with the code number, so I went in and looked for my food it’s not there and the code says it’s invalid . The lady walked up and asked me what I need help with , I showed her my receipt and proof of my order and she said it’s no where to be found in the system. I showed her proof and she told me she can’t do nothing about it and I would have to call corporate . I said I shouldn’t have to call corporate. I would like to speak to the manager so I can get my food. She kept ignoring me when I asked to speak to the manager . I stood around for about an hour, she started getting loud with me and saying you have to call corporate. I asked the lady for her name and she told me she couldn’t give me her name, I said mam, I just need your name, she continued to ignore me and walk away . I shouldn’t have to go through that. She said she won’t help me anymore , so when my husband came in , mr. Ruben came from the back and asked me what’s wrong just tell me what happened . So I explained to him and he said ok let me see your order receipt. He said “ok, give me 15 minutes, I will make your order. She’s new she don’t know what she’s doing” and she’s still steady yelling at me, I told her to stop speaking to me and thank mr. Ruben that took care of my order. Another customer walked in and she was discussing our situation to a customer, I said that shouldn’t be discussed with another customer. There was no professionalism. If the problem was solved the way that Mr. Ruben had solved it I wouldn’t have to wait in line for an additional hour. This is just ridiculous. We shouldn’t have to go through this for pizza .i showed the lady my order number and proof of payment . If corporate would like to call me I would be more than happy to hear from them. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Never again, will I support this location. The worst customer service I ever have to encounter in any customer service business.
Although Mr. Ruben helped us, unfortunately our order was still wrong, it wasn’t what we ordered, but I do appreciate Mr. Ruben coming to the front to help.
The lady also, threaten us to call the cops, so I said go ahead. I have done nothing wrong. All I asked was for my food to be made or to speak the manager. There was no manager onsite. The lady kept telling me to call corporate .

Order the avengers pizza today. I understand this location is under new ownership and all. The pizza was not cooked and had raw dough. It tasted different and not a good way. Not sure if I can even give this another try. This was my kids favorite place and they didn’t even eat it.

I ordered pretzel crust pizza two days in a row and did not even get the pretzel crust that is advertised.I literally got regular crust with salt added to it . The pizza also did not have the cheddar sauce on it/literally a regular pepperoni with salt that’s it. Also got an order of BBQ wings and barely any sauce and the little sauce we had was watered down! So disappointing

The people running this place have no idea what they’re doing. The pizza and crazy bread are never ready! You have to wait over 20 min for either! They barely know English and have no customer service! The pizza is burned and the so was the bread! They don’t even have the same Little ceaser recipe! They have ruined little ceasers! Please stick to seven elevens and Dunkin donuts!

Service is bad, i think the person that makes the schedule doesnt know what they are doing. Went there around 2pm and they only had 1 guy making pizzas and taking orders. They were so backed up. Need new manager or something. Alot of disgruntled customers were waiting. Its not the employees fault, its management.

Absolutely crazy! Waited over an hour for a single pepperoni pizza. Multiple people came in after me to order and got their food before me. They are understaffed and it’s ridiculous. Do better Little Caesars!!!
