Seriously they need to hire adults…. These kids who answer the phone are extremely rude, have no sense of customer service….. I called from right outside and say there and watched as the girl ignored the phone.
There’s NEVER a manager or supervisor on duty. They make it seem like its an in convince to assist you. They’d rather continue with their conversation than assist you. One of the employees had his friend in the store was I waited for my pizza and just had his conversation and didn’t get started on the order for at least 5 mins.
The location is super unclean, the staff is extremely ghetto & too young to be left alone unsupervised…. They say you get what you pay for but sheesh…. I think they need to reconsider their business model

This is reference to Little Caesar’s on Church Lane in Yeadon, PA, which I give 0 stars. I wonder where the owner of this establishment is at, because I never see any authority figure and it’s just a bunch of kids working there in a state of chaos. Do he ever check on his busy or is it just about the money and not care about what’s being served? The service is horrible! The signs at the establishment and online state, they close at 11pm on weekdays and midnight on Friday & Saturday, but this is not the case. They stop serving customers an hour earlier. Well, my husband and son went to get a deep dish pepperoni on 7/13/16, and the pizza dough is not done at all. Also, you have to wait forever just to place your order because the drive thru device do not work & has been that way for a long while. Therefore, you have to wait til the long line of people order at the supposedly pick up window & then wait til their orders are ready, so you’re sitting for 30 minutes or so just to order, really! Of course, I tried to call but no one answered the phone. This is not the first incident with this location. I’m tired of patronizing businesses where I don’t get good service nor a business owner who doesn’t care obviously.

This is a really popular location but the service is very slow and they have no system. The drive thru doesn’t work and they make you pull up to the window and wait for each order to come out before they take the next order; even if the order is not HOT N READY . It’s a mad house! You will get fresh pizza if you have 30min to wait!

This place is really the pits. They need better service and needs to be cleaned up. I have been calling all day at this location and no one is picking up the phone. What if a person needs to place an order? Going there after work. I’m sure they will be picking up the phone next time…lol

Just “FLAT OUT DISGUSTING” employee was outside sweeping with gloves on came inside and touch another woman’s food with those same dirty gloves. One employee was on the phone while taking orders. Power went out while we were there. Didn’t even get to purchase anything. Was completely turned off.

The worst independently owned franchise ive never been too. Today makes 3 bad experiences at this location. If I had to guess the issue at the store is the owner doesn’t schedule a large enough staff, or maybe they are just lazy idiots. Doesnt matter, there are locations close enough that if you arent walking you can avoid this one at all cost. They didnt even have marinara and only one type of dipping sauce, wouldve been nice to know before I order. Only little caesars ive been to that they will actually tell you they dont have what you order and will tell you they wont make it. Fail fail fail. Wish I had some sauce for my cheese and bread

I love good pizza i KNOW good pizza i once worked at a pizza delivery place so i know what you should and should not eat if given a choice…….hand thrown pizza pie is best….pie pan pizza crust is ok but it sits until it sales so there is no telling what has crawled or fallen on it before it is baked lastly you have the cardboard type factory made crust these are the worse….some frozen pizzas are better ……places like caesars,pizza hut, and dominoes sell these type of pizza…..all though caesers is the best of the 3….is ok to feed a hungry crowd on the cheap and the taste it digestible…..this type of pizza should be avoided if at all possible it is not good for the health of anyone because of its processing…..If you must Caesars would be the better choice of all the pizza chain resturants
