The young man who handles a lot of the counter is great, professional and very kind/understanding. I wish I could give just him 5 stars. The manager is rude though, and if you get her, she’ll mess up your order and complain about having to correct it. It’s not even the first time I’ve seen her complain about having messed up orders, and despite calling and waiting for 15 minutes (she answered and hung up), I still had to wait another 3 minutes for her to come to the counter after getting there and the young man told her I was there. I’d honestly rather drive the extra 30 mins out my way than go here again just because of her customer service, it’s terrible.

I went to this store to place an order on Thursday, and after I placed my order and paid, the blonde woman inside kicked me out, saying she wasn’t fulfilling my order. The blonde woman told me, “I’m not making your order, you can leave if you want.” They didn’t care; they didn’t have a manager.And the filth inside, the filth in the kitchen, I hope they get caught up in an inspection someday, or I’ll try to complain.Disrespectful, ill-mannered people

I go here every once in awhile because it’s affordable and it’s easy to stop at. The place is clean. The staff is energetic and friendly. It’s a small building and during big sporting events or anything like that the line can wind up pretty long. They always have someone standing there to pass out online orders though. So if you don’t want to wait, just order online and you’ll get a confirmation in your email and it will say exactly when it’ll be ready. It’s like a 10-minute window and you can just show up then.

They technically have the hot and ready pizzas but they’re not always there. I assume this is because it’s difficult to predict demand in the area because there’s not a lot of foot traffic so if you don’t want to wait, I really would recommend ordering online.

We placed on online order for delivery, they outsourced it to DoorDash. The driver then cancelled our order, and neither the store or DoorDash will refund our money or give us our food. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Poorly sliced pizzas and the bread sticks look NOTHING like the online photos! Also, they gave me the wrong pizza!!!!! Don’t plan on spending here again! Everything was poorly put together but I’ll eat it because I paid for it smh!

I didn’t have to wait for a long time, I waited for about 5 minutes, I wasn’t expecting great customer service and I wasn’t disappointed. I said thank you after I received my pizza. I didn’t even get eye contact in return. I understand the employees are frustrated. dealing with the public is not easy. They are all over work and under staff, and that is everywhere.
For those of us who still have jobs.

I am writing because I am seriously appalled by the level of customer service I received from the Glenolden location today, and I hope this message is seen at the corporate level. I have ordered from Little Caesars for years and, while small mistakes have happened before, they were always handled with courtesy and professionalism. For example, if something was missing, I was told to stop by the store to pick it up, or I was issued a refund while keeping the food. I have never had an experience like this one.

I placed an order through the official Little Caesars app and one of the items I paid for (wings) was never delivered. Since I wasn’t home and had ordered for my kids, I couldn’t check the order immediately. Later, when I asked my kids about dinner, they confirmed the wings never arrived.

The following morning, I called the store to resolve the issue. Instead of being met with help, I was met with outright rudeness. The woman who answered kept talking over me, claimed it was “impossible” to get delivery through the Little Caesars app, and told me I had to deal with Uber Eats or DoorDash—even though I never used those services (I don’t even have those applications downloaded on my phone). She never once asked for my name or my order number, just insisted everything was in the bag, and then hung up on me when I pressed for help.

I called back at 12:31 PM and spoke with a man that claimed he was one of the managers. I explained again that I didn’t want to jump through hoops with DoorDash because I did not order through them—I ordered through the Little Caesars app and had my order number ready to give him. He never once asked for my name or the order number and proceeded to tell me I was lying and never ordered through the little Caesars app. When I asked for his name so I could file a complaint, he refused to give it, saying managers are not allowed to provide names. I told him I didn’t even care about a refund—I just wanted the wings replaced because it was game day, and my kids had been looking forward to them. He flat-out refused, saying it would “come out of their food budget,” Insisted I needed to contact DoorDash and then hung up on me too.

This is completely unacceptable. I lost money, my kids didn’t get the food I paid for, and I was treated with total disrespect. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, both employees shifted blame, refused to verify my order, and made it clear they had no interest in helping a paying customer.

Whatever new management is in place at this location is unprofessional, classless, and damaging to the Little Caesars brand. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will not be ordering from Little Caesars again unless corporate intervenes and takes accountability for this situation.

I placed a mobile order at 10pm thinking I’d be plenty of time to get my food since they don’t close till 11pm, they refunded my order without contacting me, and when I pulled up at 10:10pm the lady working sped walked over and locked the door and went back to the back of the kitchen.
