Called on 1/19/24 at 430pm to have a 630 pm pick up. Ordered a stuff crust crazy pepperoni pizza. When I got there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my pizza. When I get it home it was not what I ordered. When we called back they said to bring it back. There is a winter weather advisory out and roads are not okay. This is unacceptable to have your customers go back out into unsafe weather conditions because your employees make mistakes just so they can make it right. My husband better come back safe.

Would give negative stars. There’s not a single time the staff is not rude and making mistakes. More often than not they seem to give the wrong orders out. As I wait here for what I ordered to get remade the cashier dropped part of my order on the floor then put it in the hot box. I let them know I saw that, got a huff n puff from them about it. I understand it gets busy, but that does not mean you serve floor food or cop an attitude with me when I bring an order back that was for somebody else.
EDIT: Just got home with my remade order. And half of it is still wrong. Ordered zesty bread and got cheesy bread instead. Will not be returning here.
DOUBLE EDIT: So upon taking a bite of the pizza, they used nacho cheese sauce instead of the standard red sauce which I ordered. Have called the restaurant with no answer multiple times because I will not be driving back a third time. Will be disputing the transaction at this point.
TRIPLE EDIT: Had 2 slices and thrown up. Thanks for the likely expired nacho sauce WHEN I ORDERED RED SAUCE! Retaliatory food poisoning for giving me the wrong order. Awesome.

Thought the whole point of a hot and ready was that it was supposed to be hot and ready. 20 to 25 minutes? Staff is rude as hell. While i was waiting multiple customers were given attitude because the cashier mumbles and you can’t understand a word they are saying. Never coming here again. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone whos in a hurry.

I have had trouble three times now. First time my delivery order was wrong. Second time was the doordasher. No updates, no anything, almost an hour passes, I call the store and they say it’s still there. I say I’m coming to pick it up and the store says that’s fine. I get there 5 minutes later and “oh he just left with it”. I roll up on him at my house and cuss the guy out. No more delivery. I call tonight, place an order for take out. Go down to pick it up? They gave my order to another person. The store sucks. The people suck. The little kids running it are oblivious. I went next door to get a garbage frozen pizza at Martin’s for $1.00 less. Don’t waste your time.
