I ordered 1 pepperoni deep dish and 1 pepperoni sausage deep dish. Both meals. I was told I didn’t order the meals but it gave me the option for cook on the crazy bread and 2 pepsi. Paid for our pizza which was going to take 15 minutes. Told him we were going to Tops and be back. We cake back to get the pizza and someone else not running the oven gave it to another customer. So we had to wait for a whole new pizza to cook. The kid that was running the oven apologized and gave use 3 free dips.

Horrendous little Caesars. Worst one I’ve been too. Any other little Caesars has hot n readys ready. At the one here in warren you have to call ahead to be able to get a hit and ready. The customer service was just as bad. If you hate your job that much go find a new one. Every time I have to get food from this location I tell myself it’ll be better this time. We always preorder our hot and ready pizza for we don’t like sauce. And every time I have called in I have always been treated with courtesy even though it is a hot and ready. They have always made it perfect with no sauce or acted like I was a bother.
