Never really had an issue with the home town Little Ceasers until today. Food is usually good, taste and cooked. But tonight I ordered a cheese stuff crust. Got home opened the box and all you could smell was burnt pizza. Definitely way over cooked. Must have forgot it was in the oven?!

So this place has been in business for a long time. Long time customer. When I go in and stand for 15 minutes before even getting waited on, mind you only 3 ppl inside. I watched 8 cars go through drive through while we all sat and waited. 7 people I believe I counted in the back and maybe 3 working. They advertise as a hot and ready in and out but 1 of 2 was barely put together. Hardly any cheese and few pepperoni. If I didn’t live 20 minutes away I would of had a few words with them. Never have I seen so many kids working and not working at the same time.

They are great if you are ordering on a budget, can get food to feed a whole family for a little bit of money. My biggest complaint is business hours suck! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to get food for my family and this place was closed. My family works 2nd shift so we do dinner later at night and that makes eating out kinda difficult.

Me and my family love their pizza but this particular one does not pay attention to online orders at all . My pizza is never made correctly! And it’s pretty upsetting, they just throw you whatever premade pizza they have of what you ordered but do not look at how the pizza is to be made at all ! It’s every single time and it’s pretty sad , I’d order from here more if they could just get my order right one time

Im not going here anymore. I always went to the drivethru, but they switched to this stupid computer on a stick they shove out the window anf into your face. Youre met immediately with a tip screen and the employee at the window just looks at you now waiting for your selection. If you want a tip, work at a sit down restaurant and actually engage with your customers, not just shove a computer on a stick in your face. I dont want my first interraction at any store to be how much im tipping. Horrible business practice and it will make you loose customers by doing that. Will also make your employees a bit angry too.

We always preorder our hot and ready pizza for we don’t like sauce. And every time I have called in I have always been treated with courtesy even though it is a hot and ready. They have always made it perfect with no sauce or acted like I was a bother.
Very nice pizza drive through and pizza is always hot and fresh even when I pick up for work meetings.
