Walked in 9pm closes at 10 pm women yells from the back “do you have a order in” no I replied woman “well it’s going to be like I dunno 40 minutes” me “Okay” woman “and your only get cheese or pepperoni we ain’t making nothing else” I looked at the customer beside who rolled there eyes and I said to them sounds like they don’t want to work or want my money and walked out. Drove 2 miles to Papa John’s was greeted at the counter not yelled at from the back and 12 minutes later I’m taking home a works pizza no hassle no cocky voice just good service I’ll stick with Papa John’s from now on when I’m on scalp Ave.

Ordered Stuffed pretzel crust pizza and when we got it it look totally different than what the image did. When we asked the staff claimed “that’s what it looks like.” Came home and did research and nope… Turns out they lied straight to our faces. Horrible customer service as well. When our order was finished they didn’t tell us and just left it there. I thought it was someone else since usually they will accounce it or something but NO! The pizza isn’t bad just disappointing since of poor staff and communication. Will not order from this location again…

I’ve been eating little Caesars pizza since I was a child. Other locations are pleasant however Johnstown takes the prize for being the worst place to get little Caesar’s. It’s one thing to taste yeast but to have yeast overpower pepperoni is insane. Also, the pizza was not cooked very gummy. Pleasant valley in Altoona has the best Caesars pizza. Stay away from this location, unless you enjoy undercooked pizza.

Food availability was not good. Showed up 20 minutes before closing time. Only classic pepperoni available. Was told I could not custom order (understandable as it was close to closing time) but they also did not have the other items they are supposed to have hot and ready. No extra most bestest, no crazy bread, no LTO.

Yeah, I will never be going back here again. Walked in to order the pretzel pizza and a few other items. Only to be greeted by the cashier telling me “we can only make cheese or pepperoni pizza”. So no pretzel pizza or toppings. “Na just cheese and pepperoni” “We are short staffed”. Later! But there was like four people in there working. So how the hell does this crap make sense. Makes sense to go somewhere else tho.
