On May 29th, I order an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo. The wait time was about 20 minutes and food wasn’t even fresh. Crazy bread was too tough to chew. Pizza didn’t have enough sauce and over cooked. Food wasn’t hot although the workers claimed it just came out of the oven. When I requested a refund at the store, they told me to come back the next day with my receipt when a manager is there. my cashier was Tahneyjah P. She was very rude when I addressed the long wait time to another cashier. Employees weren’t handling customer’s orders, instead gossiping about the employees and other customers. Employees didn’t bother to ask the 3 customers waiting in the lobby about their orders to expedite it. I had to address my simple order to get them to do their job. I understand it was a shift change but they could care less about customers waiting for 20 minutes or longer. I’ll take my business to a local pizzeria. 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE CAESARS ON JEFFERSON AVE.

Headed somewhere else today. Stood at the register for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Just to buy something hot n ready. About half the time, at this time of day (4:30), I end up walking out after waiting too long. I’ll l be back sometime because I do like the pizza.
This woman cuts all the crazy bread and puts it in the warmer. Instead of looking over to see she has customers, she just starts getting and cutting pizzas. Did bring three over for someone already waiting. Thought she was going to ask what I needed but turned away and idk where she even went to before she’s back there working on something else. Am I supposed to assume she’ll be over soon, or will she go onto doing something else besides checking me out. I’ve been late to work before just for one hot n ready pizza that took something like 12 minutes before anyone waited on me. Id say if you see more than 3 cars, or 4 ppl in the lobby, keep driving. You’ll stand there more than 10 minutes.

Went to little ceasars on jan 21st at 9p.m a bigger fella and the guy who made our pizza clean cut guy with a black ball cap on purposley messed our pizza up taste like tomatoe paste as sauce and has no cheese in thr stuffed crust, and just all the way messed up!!

Nicest staff at a little Caesar’s ever. Woman with red hair (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet with my three year old. Talked to him and gave him cookies. She was kind, sweet, and professional.

The staff at this location are awesome. Mustang in the area and went in 20 minutes before closing. I needed enough pizzas to fill up my five bottomless pit children. They did not hesitate to take my order and the pizzas were awesome! Thanks!!

Ordered ahead on the app this evening before closing. Short-staffed, and I think there was like one person doing everything by themselves. Despite the wait, they were working their butt off. Food was good. I did not catch your name, but thank you for being so kind!
Overall, the location can be hit or miss. The quality of food is highly dependent on who is working. I haven’t enjoyed getting pizza at any Little Caesars in the area, so I don’t get it much anymore unless I know who’s working. (Give a normal pep pizza or crazy puffs with the jalapeno dip a try though, thank me later.) If you come here for anything, get the pepperoni crazy puffs. This location tends to always get it right.

Decent, quick pizza, but do yourself a favor and order on the app. Pick it up from the machine. You won’t have to wait for someone to discover you’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes just to get waited on.

We order from Little Caesars at least once a week; usually the one in Canonsburg. Made the mistake of ordering from this location. I ordered slices n stix (pepperoni pizza and the other half is Italian bread stix) , the Italian bread stix was just cheese pizza, and the crust on the pizza was like cut. We couldn’t pick up the pizza without the crust falling off every single piece. Will not be ordering from here anymore.
