I would like to start off by saying that the people and the atmosphere are amazing. I don’t have a single problem with any employee that I speak to in little Caesars, they are all very nice and very helpful. The establishment is also very clean, and I have never seen a mess in the place which I never have had that experience at other restaurants. With that being said, the reason I’m giving three stars is because I have an issue with the food I receive. Because the food is the main thing I come in for, I am disappointed with my experience the past three or four visits. I specifically put in custom orders for my pizzas to make sure that I am given extra cheese and extra sauce. Unfortunately, my past three or four pizzas I have not received extra sauce at all and sometimes I don’t receive the extra cheese either. I completely understand being overwhelmed with customers and usually don’t have an issue, but I pay extra(depending on the pizza type,some don’t cost extra when customizing) to make the pizzas custom specifically for those two items. I have even called in when my pizza was made to make sure extra sauce was put on it, and the only time extra sauce has ever been put on my pizza was when I called in. I have to walk to Little Caesars and back so I don’t have the convenience of driving there to get my pizza fixed or to get a refund. My son still enjoys it so I don’t usually complain but I would like to know what I have to do to get it made the right way. I still think the people there are amazing, I am just disappointed in the actual food. I’ve added photos to show the lack of sauce on my pizza. It’s been very dry the past few orders.

Ordered 2 classic pizzas one of which looked like someone had eaten from. Had to drive all the way back to the store in the middle of our dinner just for an employee to give some lame excuse and toss another pizza at me. No apology no how can I make this experience better for you, just a box tossed at me. Not impressed.

They advertise a $10 pizza with all the toppings you choose. The Watertown NY location said absolutely not, even when a showed them on line. I still like the pizza though

I’ve literally never had a bad experience at this little caesars. My family and I have been buying your guys food for the last 5 years. I’ve never had a bad experience with the people who work there everyone is always been very friendly. Specifically in the evening shift when it’s really busy those guys and ladies are have all been very cool. I don’t know if the owner of the place reads these reviews, but if they do this store is doing a great job.

I’ve bought from this particular Little Caesars before in the past and it wasn’t all that great but this time around under New Management (Tom and John) the pizzas were phenomenal! Stuffed crust, extra cheese, dough not burnt or undercooked, simply mouth watering especially for the price. And I’ve got to feed a huge teenage boy who eats a pizza by himself. So much more affordable than Papa John’s. Definitely recommend. This is my second night in a row purchasing due to popular demand in my household.

Only 3 pieces of my cheese pizza was good the rest had no crust nothing and some of the pizza (the middle) was missing!!! And my deep dish had plastic in it, call n tell them get told “we can replace it if you bring it all back in!” So dumb founded!!!

I ordered at 1030 right when they open I expected fresh pizza just made and it definitely was NOT you can tell it was made yesterday and just warmed up. Not sure why people would want to serve old pizza and be proud but this is the last time I order from here.

Today I ordered online for the first time and the person making and cutting the pizza seems to not care about there job and the manger that’s there doesn’t make sure that the pizzas are being done right. Not to mention that not even greeted or acknowledged when you come through the door. And at least greet the customer and let them know they be with me once there done with the previous customer or what ever their doing.

Ordered a pretzel pizza ,pepperoni pizza and breadsticks got all the way home just to find out I was charged for that order but was given two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks called to see what they would do and I live 20 minutes from Watertown my options were to drive all the way back to get the pizza I ordered or bring back everything to get a refund ! It’s Sunday and football is on the whole reason we ordered pizza needless to say I guess you always have to check your food before you leave here and this isn’t the first time it happened when we ordered lunch for our business as well !
