The door dash order they made was atrocious. No integrity, effort, or dignity was put into making this food at all. They don’t even look like crazy puffs. Plus there was hair on the food. Tried to call the restaurant and they did not answer.

They recently fired the staff of this location, including the amazing FEMALE manager. Ever since they have messed up my order. I have gotten three plain pizza crusts this month, where is the crazy crust?! Bring back the stud manager, she knew us by name and the pizza was always right! Staff was never at the front, completely ignoring us all 4 customers at the register, a couple people left, haven’t gotten our orders taken, im here for a DoorDash just for a pick up and still no service. And after 15 minutes finally! Oh and absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!

The pizza and cheesy bread were great. The wait was a bit surprising at 20+ minutes, having ordered on-site. May have been better if I called first. But otherwise not bad. Lots of parking. Also, I didn’t get marinara sauce with my order but didn’t ask, is that not free? Not bad though

Completely disappointed, my pretzel pizza has almost no salt on it. My stuffed breadsticks and breadsticks were just plain dough. They did not put of that buttery stuff or Parm in them, they were just dry sticks! They sent me to my car with the wrong order but that was quickly fixed once I convinced the guy I was right. He didn’t want to believe me when clearly I had the wrong pizza in my hand. Someone dumped those cups of pizza sauce all over their floor and it was everywhere and he was just like “oh it’s ok” and nobody went to clean it up!

Do NOT get the stuffed Pretzel Crust Pizza. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had here. It’s just a normal stuffed crust pizza covered in normal table salt. Nothing Pretzel about it. And I don’t mean the crust is all that’s salted, they salted the entire pizza. The pizza was not only inedible but they refused to answer the phone when I called, and the next day they requested an image of the pizza that was obviously thrown in the trash already, because nobody keeps garbage sitting around.

Went to pick up a door dash order. The staff was very helpful. Their warming machine to hold the food for pickups wasn’t working to put codes in the get the food. I had to wait to get my order to deliver, which was a little irritating. Took longer than it should. They only had a few people working, tho so that could have been the issue. It was very busy when I went there. If the machine codes worked to get the food out, it would have been way quicker, im sure.

This location gets a lot of heat because they are actually very busy the majority of the time.
At one point it was a Thursday night and there was a line out the door and a full parking lot full of angry people.
However, as a person doing deliveries, all of my orders were very prompt on time and fast.
I highly recommend if you’re going to order from this location you either door dash or order ahead online so that the pizza portal has your order hot and ready. Waiting for you and you don’t have to deal with any hoopla. Even when the location is a very very busy, the staff always stays so positive and kind
