Absolutely terrible customer service I ordered a pretzel crust. Pizza got no cheddar cheese whatsoever called to let them know that my order was wrong. Person did not speak a lick of English. The language barrier was terrible so I went there instead. He told me that the pizza is exactly the way it should be While he was talking on his phone and talking to me as well . Offered to make me a second pizza with more cheddar cheese sauce, a.k.a. nacho cheese sauce, gave them the benefit of a doubt water to my car and it is exactly the same way. The other pizza was zero cheddar cheese sauce or nacho cheese sauce. Kind of felt like they don’t care about their job. They were just trying to push customers out will never ever recommend this place to anybody.

put an order out for delivery, waited over three hours and did not receive my order. They would not answer the phone or give me a refund. The lady they directed me to over the phone was very rude and told me I had to wait after I’d already been waiting over three hours.

Good cheap pizza and other items . Not too long a wait if they dont have hot and ready available . Isn’t the cleanest and i dont believe they have a public bathroom . Now one time we got pizza and were dining in , took awhile and never told us it was ready . Had to go back to the counter fron the few tables . Other times i’ve purchased the crazy puffs ( pictured ) with crazy sauce and a soda . Was around $7 .

Absolutely awful! Our crazy bed looked off, my daughter tried one and said it was awful. Upon looking at them more, we tore one open and MOLD and I don’t mean a little wet found it in and inside a few more. We called the store just to tell them so it doesn’t happen again. THE MANAGER ARGUED with us, saying that it’s impossible because the dough was made fresh that day. Then told in he had been there 13 years and that this was the one and only time someone has said this. He did offer to replace them or give us our money back, if we were working to drive all the way back and show him! So rude

I order from here because its cheap on nights we need something quick and easy. The slices and sticks is much thicker than it should be. This past week i ordwred sloces amd sticks and got just slices- if I just wanted a regular pizza I would have ordered that. Can you all please get it together? We never know what were going tonget due to the inconsistency.
