I’m gonna be completely honest here I only came here because I’m on a budget. I asked them what the cheapest pizza they had was. They said it was 9.79 for a large cheese or pepperoni, since it was under $10, I bought it, and went with the plain cheese. It was Hot, and it was Ready. (I came around 7:30 pm). Food was good for the price.

Terrible. I have given this place multiple chances to see if I just came at a bad time but I have gotten consistent bad service each time. The food is bland from the crazy sticks to the pizza, and the cheese tastes worse than the public school pizzas. Moreover, they don’t cook anything new before 9 pm which is crazy for a franchise. I never known any place that stops the kitchen a hour before closing especially when dominos and pizza hut are still going strong and making pizzas a hour before their closing time. I’m disappointed by both lack of good service, the food with no seasoning, and the compete disregard for customer service. They act like serving a customer is beneath them. This is the first place that honestly wish would close.

The surface area of the counter needs more attention from the workers need to have that area more sanitized because it looks all dirty as they do not clean it all day the staff is friendly but they need to work a little more in customer service because the kindness is all the time not only when they feel happy

Small pies. You can’t buy slices. Must buy a whole pizza. No stock, so you have to wait for 15 minutes before you get your grub to go. Nowhere to sit while you’re waiting, so you order and go back to your car and come in later…in the end, the pizza wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better and the service left much to be desired…

Worst Customer Service Ever! Door dash driver was over 40 minutes late! They were picking up orders all over the place. Ended up ordering from another pizzeria and receiving the food within 20 minutes. Pizza was cold when it arrived. Got refunded $6 for an order that was no longer edible. Per the rude manager I was on the phone with, Little Ceasars has a strict refund policy! They prorated the lateness and came up with a $6 refund. Who provides this trash level of customer service to their clients? Never ordering again from Little Ceasars again.
