ON TOP OF THIS I tired to go this past Wednesday night around 7:30pm and the place was completely closed. I went back to my car as I watch person after person walk up to a locked door also confused as to why.
I’ve only gone here a handful of times and haven’t had any big issues in the past but now these last 3 times… I will never go back.
Ordered pizza and wings….
Pizza was supposed to be the ultimate topping one it whatever it’s called
Unfortunately I was missing 2 toppings(onions and black olives)
On top of that the pizza itself wasn’t done, to the point that it was actually still doey and gooey
The toppings weren’t even hot
Seems like the whole thing was just barely warmed up
Put the whole thing in the oven for an extra 25 minutes just for it to come out tasting horribly freezer burnt with no flavor at all
It l literally tasted like frozen water
The wings were mediocre and also weren’t don’t after I specified for them to be extra well done
I got the complete opposite
They were barely done at all and definitely bugging to write home about
Tried calling the store 10 times but apparently they have the phone turned off which is weird, so I guess phone orders aren’t allowed….
Ended up throwing it all away and ordering Chinese
Definitely a waste of time and money
Very sad for a first experience
Update….
Actually the Little Caesars website advertises Red onions and black olives of which that pizza has neither one
So obviously you’re either not doing what corporate says you should or you’re just cutting corners and putting out cheap product
Also, rather funny how you mentioned nothing about your poor standards of food
Did your staff let you know the meat was sour? Did your staff inform you that this heat and serve pizza was past it’s experation date?
As an owner you should be ashamed of yourself the quality of food you’re serving people
Response says they turn off ordering at 9:40, whats 35 minutes before 10pm guys? Phones shut off too? at 9:25? also your pizza is covered in grease so bad it soaks through the damn box 0/10. ;*
