I ordered 5 items. 2 cheese deep dish Detroit style pizzas, 1 pepperoni Detroit style pizza, 1 crazy bread, and 1 Italian cheese bread. I was given 2 PIECES of pepperoni Detroit style pizzas, and 4 PIECES of cheese Detroit style pizza. The rest was italian cheese bread and he had the nerve to have an attitude and tell me that that is how ALL of the Detroit style pizzas come. I’ve gotten plenty pf them before and it is not. They normally have EIGHT PIECES PER PIZZA. But apparently now they come with TWO PIECES. He had an attitude the whole time and told me that is how they come and how I ordered it when it’s bow and that’s bow how I ordered them. But okay. Apparently I paid almost $50 for Italian cheese bread and no refunds or apologies or anything. I do NOT recommend this location. He refused to even fix the order all he kept saying is that is how they come and they don’t have small boxes. Why would I need any small boxes if I ordered REGULAR size pizzas??

I have never really been a fan of Little Caesars Pizza, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The pizza was undercooked, and I had to finish cooking it at home myself. On top of that, the order was incorrect. Either they made the wrong pizza or ran out of what I ordered, but no one said anything to me.
That’s not the way it should be. If I pay for something, I expect to receive exactly what I paid for. Even after trying to cook it more at home, the pizza still wasn’t edible and I ended up throwing it in the garbage. In the end, I lost money on this, but lesson learned.
Sorry I can’t give a better rating or more stars. In my opinion, if someone says they love this pizza, they probably don’t know what a good or great pizza tastes like. Little Caesars really needs to fix these issues. I hate to say it, but that was my experience.

If I didn’t like the pizza recipe I wouldn’t be coming here and at that it’s not as often as I used to because the front desk worker short black hair big mustache, he’s always answering call on his personal phone, as I walked in about to order his personal phone goes off and he answers it right I front of me and as he’s speaking on the phone he asks me what I want to order I said supreme pizza with no mushrooms, because he’s distracted and has poor customer service he immediately goes to the already prepared pizzas and tries to give me someone else’s order and then he realized I said supreme, because he’s not listening and doesn’t care to put the phone down to do HIS JOB, I told him politely 5 times no mushrooms, I waited and I ended up with supreme with mushrooms, went back told him what I ordered vs what I got, he says I never told him that. I told the grown man “I know in fact that I did bc I even raised my voice in hopes someone in the back was paying attention besides him and that was after I told him 5x because he ignored me as he was still on the phone instead of paying attention to me placing an order, I can tell he got mad as he clentched his teeth gave me a face like he wanted to punch me, he looked like his temper just shot up. If you not going to pay attention when customers order at LEAST keep your mouth quiet if you get a complaint and mind you manners, every times I go there it’s the same thing next time I will be calling corporate.this is my 2nd review here because of the same guys attitude and work ethic and next there will be a video.

Food is always hot and they help the homeless with any extra or leftover food. Way to go and not to waste. Good job Little Ceasers alot of other places should take notes and not instruct people to hop into their dumpsters after hours for chicken when they are starving. A+ for effort and God Bless you all for having a heart.

Made an order through the app for delivery and never received it, after 2 hours waiting they cancelled my order and supposely made a refund which I still havent received! Store never answered the phone

Place was nasty on the inside. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered food from a more gross establishment. I walked in the the front door to pick up my mobile order and was greeted by about 6 flies swarming the small front lobby area. The staff member was slow at helping the customer in front of me and I ended up being in this place for about 10 minutes to pick up a ready order with only 1 person in front of me in line. The floors in the customer lobby looked like they needed a deep scrubbing. With the dirty aperance of the front lobby area combined with the flies I felt like I was walking into a gas station bathroom and not one of the fancy ones with a food counter. Food tasted alright and didn’t get me sick but I definitely felt like I was taking a gamble. I even contemplated throwing it away when I got home without eating it.

I was in and out in under 4 minutes. Pizza was warm, cashier was friendly. I hadn’t had Little Caesars in a while and this was a welcomed representation of the franchise. Well done. 3 stars for Atmosphere as there’s not even so much as a ledge to place your order. Make the place more inviting.
