My very first time ever ordering from Little Caesars. Got a large pepperoni pizza and a large italian sausage and bacon pizza. Pizza was just alright. Was not blown away. My kids LOVE pizza and i even had to get them to finish their pie of pizza. I cant speak on other items there because i just got pizza. However the price is amazing for a large pizza and a topping (and two toppings for $5.99 with promo) and the customer service was good at this location. Quick transaction was in and out. Would maybe give it another try to get some other items they sell but my go to will always be Dominos sorry. Their pizza crust just has so much more flavor.

The employee there are friendly however they’re definitely NOT hot and ready. I’ve gone 4 times and everytime hot and ready ovens are empty. If you have experience true hot and ready experience, you will be very disappointed. The food is fresh and of good quality and the establishment is clean. If they can actually have food hot and ready,so costumers are not waiting 10-20 minutes, they can easily become a 5 star review.

This place is actually good. The supervisor and workers do what they can to make you happy, and they will make you another pizza if they mess up. However, my husband has been misunderstanding them. I like the cheese sauce not the pizza sauce, on the cheese pretzel pizza. He accidentally ordered the pizza sauce more than once, and I believe this is why they messed up the last 2 times we ordered take out from them. I have apologized to the supervisor, and I will be tipping them to make this right because of the fact that they didn’t have to make us another pizza because my husband ordered the wrong one. The supervisor told me on the phone, that he just wanted to make sure we’re happy, and he was very nice; plus he took the time to explain everything to me. So thank you New London Little Caesars, and we will be back!! 🙂
