I stood at the front cashier area for about 15–20 minutes waiting to be helped. There were a couple (maybe three) employees working, and they clearly saw me standing there — but no one acknowledged me, no “hold on,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. They just kept doing what they were doing.
That’s terrible customer service. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Because of this experience, I will never go to Little Caesars again. Very disappointed.

I am visiting the area for vacation and decided to have Little Caesars tonight for dinner. Instead of enjoying the evening, my mother ended up having to take care of me tonight after I got sick from eating here. We both believe this pizza made me very sick because once my stomach was emptied of the spoiled pizza; which had filled the kitchen sink, I felt somewhat better. Instead of enjoying my vacation, my disabled mother has to take care of me and there’s a possibility that I’ll get to tour the local hospital if I continue to vomit.

I picked up some food from here yesterday, 3/20 and it was not what I expected at all. When I received the pizza it was very much not hot and ready as you guys promote. That is terrible promotion. I would have complained earlier but I thought to leave it alone until I realized that I’ve had the worst stomach ache since eating from here. The pizza tasted like it was DAYS old, and everything about it was off. I will be letting everyone know that Little Caesar’s on Union St in Lynn gives out old pizza.

I order a pizza from DoorDash from this location and the person that delivered it didn’t bring my soda and the pizza was very cold. I call the store tell them that they have to remind the driver to get a soda and I was told it isn’t their job to tell them. It’s the dashers fault. I was like this is wrong. No manager was on duty to supervise them. Apparently since I been in Massachusetts places are not required to have managers anymore.
