I hit the off button accidentally when my friend pushed me sitting on my couch when l was rating my review of your Restraunt when rating and my phone went blank and l got distracted! So now l’m editin my review when l remember and l don’t forget! Sorry bout that! Pizza is excellent! Hula Hawaiin is the best! Love the bread sticks with loads of their Marinara Sauce! But why don’t you have bags to carry the for walking home? I walk with a walker. I’ll brang own bags next time l visit if they can’t accomidate the customers wif plastic bags to carry their stuff home. Not all people have cars. And it’s hard walkin home with a walker without a bag to carry the stuff l bought home because l usually share my food that l buy with my neighbor or my grandson when passes by after work to check up on me. So that’t the only gripe l have aginst your Restraunt on Broadway in Lawtowne MA. But other than that , EVERYTHANG ELSE IS SUPER! Thanx! ❤️

This is the 3rd time I ordered through doordash idk if it’s the driver staying with the sauce it comes with or they not sending it but it’s crazy to pay over $30 and they don’t send no sauce for breadsticks!!!!!!

Ordered through door dash and more than half of the order was missing. Called the restaurant and I don’t speak Spanish so there was no way for them to understand me. At least door dash gave me a refund because this little Caesars is awful.

Ordered delivery at their website and half of stuff was not dropped off. When i called they said its driver’s mistake. I asked them to deliver the missing items but they said i had to come pick it up. After I paid delivery fee, service fee, and driver tip gave me a different number to call they said the same thing that i have to come pick up the missing items. The whole purpose of ordering delivery is when you can’t leave your home.

Our Uber eats driver showed up and they didn’t have our pizza. They said it was stolen. I called them personally and they just said yeah it’s stolen. You should be monitoring who picks up food because not only do we have to take the time to try and get a refund, but we also have to order from somewhere else and wait a while for another delivery. I say this so they can hopefully change how they monitor this. And our poor Uber driver did all that for nothing when little Caesar’s employees just say “oh call Uber”

Ordered a Custom Pizza from them around 6:50pm today 8/25/24. Got the pizza home, opened it up and it was a mess. it was cut horribly, the pizza itself was folded onto itself. There were little rectangle slices and a big slice of pizza. It didnt look like a Pizza. Im never going to order from this place if this is how much they respect the food they prepare.

Driver marked the order as delivered (about 10 minutes outside the delivery window) and never actually delivered it. Very clearly spoke no English and was unable to actually communicate with us over the phone or via text. We called door dash (apparently when ordering through the little Caesars website it outsources it through doordash) who did refund the money. We then called the store directly who couldn’t find any record of the transaction. Very disappointing.
