This store is slowly going downhill. Every time we go here, it gets worse in every aspect. The last time we ate here was a couple weeks ago, I called ahead for pick up as we were 20 min out and were in a hurry as we had somewhere to be. When we got to the store, there was a person in front of me who placed their order and got it right away. I then went up to the counter where I was greeted by a miserable young adult, who then preceded to tell me that they gave my order to the person that was in front of me. I was not very happy as I called ahead, I then had to wait an additional 25 min for my order….. while I was waiting the two young adults working were arguing and you could hear them in the back as they both seemed to be in a foul mood. When I finally got my pizzas and crazy bread and was able to go home, we were disappointed again. Our pizza was pretty much all crust, it was literally like 2 bites of actual pizza, waste of money and to top it all off, we ended up being late and were unable to eat with the family members we were supposed to. The only good thing I have to say is that on this particular day, their crazy bread was on point and perfect which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Stop with the tipping. Bought an order of crazy bread. 10 minutes before anybody came to the counter because they were busy dealing with the customers that weren’t there. Then they hand you the machine because they want a tip for turning around and pulling a bag out of the
oven and putting it on the table. You feel obligated, so I tipped. I just threw the crazy bread at the window because it was disgusting. I’m okay with tipping at a restaurant but to walk in and get a bag of crazy bread and expect a tip.

My family and I get pizza at this location pretty regularly and every time for the past I would say 6 months we have gone in nothing, not even the basic “hot and ready” pepperoni is ever ready. Today we waited almost 30 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. It was only 4:45. I watched as multiple people turned and left because nothing was ready and there were so many people waiting for orders. I have never run into this problem at any other location.

I went in to get a takeout menu. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person behind the counter tell me they don’t have menus. The said to check online. I did that and couldn’t find prices or sizes of the pizzas. I called the store for help. The lady I spoke with said they only have medium sized pizzas. For pricing, I had to tell her what I wanted. She had to relay that info to a cashier who was able to relay the prices back to me. Way too complicated ! I purchased my large pizzas elsewhere that had a better Web presence.
December 2018 – went back to try one more time. Website still not the best, so I went in to get the bacon bacon pizza advertised on TV. Only took 8 minutes to cook. Service was friendly, store was clean. Pizza was quite greasy, but that’s what happens when you get bacon on bacon. It was tasty and very filling. Might go back to try something else. Originally I gave 1 star – I have upped it now to 3.
