I personally love little Caesar’s but this location is so slow it’s insane. You’ll be waiting 20-30 minutes no matter what you get and when I order online it’s somehow not fresh and takes just as long even after getting there at the pickup time. They genuinely just don’t care.

ICE needs to stop by this place. The place is dirty and it feels gross just standing in there for the short time it took to get my pizza. The employees are playing Mexican music so loud you can hear it in the parking lot. The male employee that helped me was rude and did not answer my questions. He also tried to short my cash back but I corrected him.

This pizza was absolutely awful I’m used to little Caesars being thick and have a lot of cheese and sauce. This pizza was thin as paper and dry.
Absolutely no sauce. Taste like cardboard. So disgraceful. Not only that the service was absolutely awful they were sitting in there lollygagging not doing their job give me dirty looks sitting in there laughing with each other and had attitude the whole entire time. Do yourself a favor and take you and your family somewhere else.

After 14 phone calls, somebody finally picked up and said they were taking online orders only. They also mentioned there were only two of them working tonight. The voicemail says nothing about online orders only. Went online, and I guess they no longer carry the specialty pizzas like they used to(supreme, 3 meat treat, 5 meat). Sausage is now no longer on any of their pizzas. It’s not a place I will ever do business again with.

Food was okay. They were just really rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. Sitting there dancing while we sat at the window waiting several minutes to be even acknowledged. The manager would give us our food and always rolled her eyes at us. Never said a single word. Just looked at us like we were inconveniencing her.

I hate this place so much that I wish I could rewind time so that the money I spent here springs back into my wallet, and keep rewinding until this building is never built and this pizza place never existed. They hide your orders in a heated cabinet behind the counter and give you no indication your food is ready until finally you go ask the totally unprofessional person behind the counter and they literally say “Here”.

Placed an online order and it was late on the time it said it would be ready. Got home only to realize the crazy bread sauce was fermented and was absolutely terrible!! Called to tell them about the sauce and was told with major attitude that it gets made fresh everyday and they don’t know how it could’ve happened and they would check the sauces. Currently sitting here feeling sick to my stomach and mad because I am pregnant and don’t want to have food poisoning. Not worth the time nor the money! If you want little Caesar’s I just suggest just take the time to go to Amarillo instead this location is not it!
