We order from here most Fridays. We have ALWAYS had a great pizza. Order on line, pick a time and you get an email when it’s ready. It’s always been ready on time! I finally remembered to take a pic before it was all gone. The crew is friendly…the manager in the bucket hat runs a great Friday night crew. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a simple beef pizza and they could not even do that right. I asked for 1 simple topping on my cheat day and they instead gave me pepperoni. My fault for not checking before I left the store, I just assumed that there was no way somebody could screw up a 1 topping pizza.

The pizza I ordered wasn’t what I was expecting. I ordered the old world pepperoni and there was barely any cheese, it was very dry and it was more crust than anything else. The pics online clearly show cheese and pepperoni all the way to the edge. That’s definitely not what I got. I ordered online including a Diet Pepsi but when I got there the drink fridge had zero diet options available and was mostly empty. The only way to get a refund on the drink was to refund the entire order (which takes 24 hrs to process) and repay for the pizza. The kids running the place were polite but maybe having at least one adult on staff would be a good idea for quality control purposes. I was excited about the new location being so close to home, but I think this will be the last time I come to this location. I’ll drive a little further for better quality.

I hadn’t been to little Caesar’s in awhile and saw they brought back the pretzel crust pizza! It was quite good I got the cheese pizza with cheese sauce and took the remaining for lunch. There was only two people working when I went the cook and the person at the front counter, which he was pretty friendly. He estimated my pizza would be done in about 15 minutes which really only took like 12! So the pizza was hot and fresh just like I like it!

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza through door dash. Paid $16 The STORE sent a cheese pizza. I called the store and talked to store manager MARIA. She said she couldn’t correct my order because it was placed through Door Dash. ♀️ But you fixed and gave the wrong order. She has no customer service etiquette.

If I could give a zero, that’s what this location should get. Very horrible customer service. I had a bad experience about a month ago, but tried giving this location another try. Team does not acknowledge customers when entering the store. I waited in the lobby about 7 minutes and not one person came to assist me. Granted, 1 male was busy boxing pizzas, the other 2 was doing other things as if I was not standing out there. I left and went got pizza from a different pizza chain. My advice to management: please provide customer service training to the kids that you hire. They should not be left alone in the store. Their behavior is a reflection of you, management team. I will not be going back to this location.
**Update** The store manager did contact me and listen to my complaints as well as apologized. Management was very kind and professional. I appreciate management for addressing my concerns.

Since I’m forced to give 1 star here we are. On July 12th we ordered a pizza and cheese and herb crazy puff with crazy sauce. Did not receive the crazy sauce and was given the pepperoni crazy puffs. The door dash delivery person didn’t speak English. Called the store received no answer. Contacted door dash and have yet to receive my refund. On Aug 5th we made the same mistake this time we ordered breadsticks and did not receive them. Again door dash driver spoke no English, didn’t understand English. Called DoorDash and still haven’t received either refund. Please safe yourself the trouble!

HORRIBLE service. Ordered online, arrived at the appointed time only to have the 3 teenagers working there tell me it wasn’t ready. I joined the 4 other people waiting (1 of whom had been waiting over an hour); about 30 minutes later when I was finally at the “head of the line” I discovered that 2 of the pizzas I ordered had been sitting on a counter since before I arrived!! There was no manager around and the 3 teenagers just wandered from duty to duty within zero sense of urgency and not getting anything completed. I would drive father and pay more to avoid getting sucked into this situation again and everyone in the store with me agreed. Someone needs to take control quickly or they’ll be out of business within a few months.

Staff is always cursing loudly, no one answers the phone when u have an order discrepancy, their credit card machines charge u but don’t work somehow so they recharge u on another register, just to be double charged and not credited back for the initial charge on the 1st transaction. Had to wait several days then go back for a refund afterwards 3 days later. Next time I ordered I got a pizza instead of my wings, tried to call, no one answered, had to go back up there again. It’s such a hassle whenever I get food from here.
