The girl taking orders and offloading pizzas this morning 9-10-25 was moving like molasses slow and like she had ambition or want to have her job. This is a common theme here now where people will order food at this location and the orders with be 10 plus minutes late coming out because they have no coordination. My time, your dime, don’t waste it. And it’s wasted here 9 times outta ten. I’ll go across town from this point forward and still get my food faster. With better customer service.

Not only are they slow, there is long curly hair everywhere with no hair nets, the gal that is sitting in the picture on the food cart vaped right by the food and started preparing the food again without washing her hands. Customers were asking her questions and she didn’t even respond. Not one thank you at all. The cashier was doing her job and friendly. This was on 3/30 at 7:45ish. I ordered cheesy bread and cheese sticks with no sauce at all.

Usually getting a pizza here is a quick process but this time around, they was very busy, and the pizza was not thoroughly cut through, and apparently they was not really wanting to work as I was told I would be waiting for roughly 40 mins for my pizza, and then some how after ordering the pizza and waiting I had it in my hands in about 10 mins, and told the person that handed it to me that it was quick 40 mins in which the person laughed about it.

i have been ordering from this little caesers for years but have just recently started having problems with my order. i always order a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce, and almost every time they manage to get the order wrong. even today, i sent my daughter back in to order another one in person after they got the first one wrong. she told me she even asked the guy if he was sure he put extra sauce on it before they started making it, and he told her yes. but to neither of our surprise, it was wrong yet again. its a bit upsetting as i pay for the custom price just to get a regular classic pizza. i dont know if its stinginess or if the staff just doesn’t care to get the order right. but if the next time i go up they still cant get such a simple request right, i rather just ask for a refund and go to another location

You can tell these people only make 7.25. Some of the most rude disrespectful kids that could have a job are here. & I don’t know about the management I called in 2 large extra pepperoni pizzas yesterday and had my husband drop them off to me and the kids before he went to work because my car is broke down and I’m sick, they have us 2 cheese pizzas that were very low
quality. I tried calling them about 4 times and got a voicemail like the calls were forwarded to a cell phone. Got ahold of them today and the young man lied to the manager and said I wanted to speak to her NOW while I told the young man I would wait, I asked why he said that to her and he hung up on me. Just ridiculous, that first of all the manager is so busy because they’re understaffed and have to employ the worst people that are so dumb to get paid 7.25 an hour that they can’t even talk to customers on the phone. Guess I’ll just start going to cheezies, they are a little further but pizza and customer service are way better.

I ordered sausage beatest. There wasn’t even enough sausage for a regular sausage. The crust was over cooked. And they won’t answer the phone. Location closest to Me is online only now. So this order was cold by the time I got home. I had used the online order once and after that complete disaster I refuse now. I expect a going out of business soon.

I came in and no one was at the front counter. Loud rap music was playing in the back. I saw new pizza boxes stacked on the dirty floor like they were going to put food in them. I waited 15 minutes and finally someone came to take my order. I asked for a “Hot and Ready” pizza. She said they were out and it would be another 15 minute wait. I asked about the one in the hot cabinet behind her. She said it was expired, could not sell it to me and she had not had a chance to take it out of the cabinet yet. Little Caesars whole marketing campaign is based on having “Hot and Ready” pizzas ready to be picked up. The last several times I have been to a Little Caesars I have had to wait 15 plus minutes to get a pizza.

Went in to get a hot and ready cheese pizza. The lady that was at the front was young, with brown hair and glasses.. she proceeded to tell me that little Caesar’s no longer does hot and ready cheese pizza.. but after standing there and looking at the menu confused because in my 25 years I have always known little Caesar’s to just do hot and ready cheese and pepperoni pizzas I noticed that under the big letters that read HOT AND READY the picture was switching back and forth to cheese and pepperoni… I think this establishment is trying to get out of making the cheese pizzas because she proceeded to tell me that “cheese pizzas go bad quicker” but I don’t see the difference between a cheese and pepperoni since they both have CHEESE! I was so shocked I won’t be back

the pizza is all smashed up looks like someone ate some of it what is this?????? i waited over an hour for already eaten pizza and no drinks???? Worst experience ever. I paid $8 for 2 drinks. They didnt deliver my drinks and refused to refund me. If you order from here they will rip you off 100%
