We got a 3 meat treat pizza. Not bad. I haven’t had Little caesar’s since the early 90s. Ranch tasted weird. Will probably try other menu items.

During Thanksgiving week, I ordered five pizzas online. I arrived, and a worker stated that they had no regular-sized pizza boxes, so all my pizzas were in half boxes. He assured me that all the pizza was there. I arrived home (15 miles away) and realized I only had half of my five pizzas. I called the store, and the person stated they would remake it and I could come back. I went back. I had two different employees ask what I was waiting for over 30 minutes; they all said we are working on it. The last employee asked me again what I was waiting for. She took a list of the pizzas I had ordered and finally made them. I initially ordered at 5:30 pm. I did not receive my order until almost 7 pm. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend that anyone else do so. I do like the company, just not the one in Bedford, Indiana.

Yesterday, I did a call in order since I was paying cash (can’t use the app with cash), which was it’s own issue, as you cannot call the store directly. You are sent to a call center outside of the US. I ordered a 5 meat Detroit deep dish (which was fine, no problems), a crazy combo (breadsticks and sauce, also fine, no problems), and a “party pack” of the crazy puffs which includes a 4 pack of bacon puffs, a 4 pack of pepperoni puffs, and a 4 pack of cheese puffs. Here is the problem. Despite being marked as cheese, that box was also pepperoni, and BOTH boxes of the pepperoni crazy puffs were burned dark brown, borderline inedible (see the attached picture). I live 40 minutes away, so did not see this until I got home. They gave me the wrong thing (which I’d not have been as bothered by if I could actually eat it), and two thirds of that item was grossly overcooked, burned, and not something that most people are going to eat. There’s no way to call the store to try to sort out the issue, because again…call center outside the US. My hope is that management sees this and takes it seriously, because sending food out the door like this is grossly incompetent, and possibly a health code violation. It also speaks of employees either lacking appropriate training and food handling skills, or just not caring (or both!!). Do better!!

0 stars! we were frequent customers, but they’ve really dropped the ball lately & now I’m very upset. placed an online order Thursday for 10 pizzas to be picked up Saturday for my daughter’s birthday party. they took my $75 & said the order would be ready by 12:00-12:05. my husband gets there at that time (an hour before party) & there’s a sign on the door saying the store is closed. no notice & no refund. can’t get in touch with corporate they just leave you on hold for hours. social media team says they can’t help at all apparently. I’m sick over this. Little Caesar’s in general worst customer service. never order from here.

Recommend avoiding this place. Used to be great but has become a dumpster fire over the last month. Most recent order was completely wrong. Instead of getting the Detroit Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread I ordered, I got two small boxes of something that doesn’t qualify as either. When pointed out this was wrong and the box was half the size of a Detroit pizza, the cashier shrugged, said “yeah” and walked away. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or malice but I’ve reported this to LC twice without a response. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

They took a order, didnt make it. Lied about it 3 times for over a hour saying it was in the oven, charged my credit card, then gave it to someone else. Then when I returned to pick it up. She said it didnt exist, and when I showed her the receipt. She went on the computer and changed it. To another day and gave it back. Then pretended I didnt just see her do it. Then said it was my fault. I left with no food and a credit card charge. Beware.
