Whenever a Dasher comes in , and they are at the counter, why be funny and put it in the hot area when I’m standing right there?? It seems to me that they love hiring these street walkers who dont want to work nor show customer service, but the lady in front of me , he hands it to her with a smile. It’s more than female customers that walks in, greet everyone the same.. pizza ain’t even that good to have the attitudes I see at every location, Dickerson, and Gallatin Pike are trash and this location too

They tend to have great deals on good food. Generally served fresh and fast by staff full of smiling faces and friendly demeanors. The problem is when the store randomly closes and their listed hours clearly state they should be open for another hour (or even longer.) No signs posted on the doors to offer any explanation. Nothing posted to alert customers that the store hours have changed.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I placed an order online. Walked in and waited on my food after being greeted. In the back I saw a lady who was packaging the food. At first she was boxing some kind of parm bites or something. She took one and ate it. Afterwards, she was standing around and started digging in her pants. She went deep in her back side fixing her underwear. She proceeded to boxing other food. I tried telling the manager and all he said was, “She won’t be touching your food.” That’s extremely disgusting.

After giving this location multiple chances, I finally decided to write this review. I love Crazy Bread! I have since I was a teenager. Every time I go to this location, the crazy bread is old. I place an online order most times, to make sure it’s fresh. This time they had the order up in 4 minutes of my order being placed. When I told them I’d like fresh bread, the picture below is what I got. I hadn’t eaten since 530 am, so I ate it because I was hungry. One of the employees was smoking when I pulled up, never washed his hands and went in the back and started preparing pizza. I realize customer service and caring about your work is a a lost art!!! But this just sad

Stood at the counter for well over five minutes to buy a hot and ready pizza and nobody ever came up to the counter. I even tried calling the number while I was inside to ask if someone could come to the counter for help, but nobody answered the phone. Wound up leaving.

The manager was horrible. He yelled at me tried to make a public spectacle out of me, snatched my phone then shoved back in my hand, knowing I have a time schedule for delivery of food. A customer that he walked a way from came out side to stop his verbal miss treatment of me. The one on central pike. Ill never do a uber pick up. I am so glad thus wasn’t 12 years ago or this would have went badly for him. As a 53 year old I deserved better than a “hey you” and the coward waiting until I was about to get in my car

Brandon was so courteous and patient with me being an amputee in a wheelchair. He helped me navigate the menu and made sure I was comfortable with placing my order. Brandon is the epitome of great customer service. I will continue to be a regular customer at Little Caesars in Hermitage and Brandon’s great customer service is to thanks for my returned business. I have attempted to go here four times to satisfy a craving for crazy bread. The first time they were closed 15 minutes early and I got nothing. The second time they were closed 25 minutes early and I got nothing. The third time I was given cheese stuffed crazy bread instead of the regular crazy bread I ordered. The last time I was given burnt crazy bread. Will not be returning.

My kids love lil’ Ceasars and usually whichever location I’m near I’ll stop and Everytime I’ve stopped at this location. Everything is stocked and I can get my pizza and go. I do not have to wait 20-30 minutes for more pizza to be cooked I can grab and go! So convenient for a busy mom.
