A quick pizza pick up at my local little Caesars. I use the automatic pick up and did not interact with any employees. Everything went smoothly. Pizza was hot and delicious as usual. Will continue to use this location due to convenience and perfectly cooked pizza every time.

When i walked in the woman behind the counter with dreds immediately went to the back and tried to ignore my order? I honestly dont know but she saw me then took off to the back of the store and jist stood there for some reason? 4 stars because I’ve never had this problem before. Came in to order the pretzel crust pizza and I was told they are no longer serving it. I was about to order it online and then. The employee back-tracked their statement and I ordered what I originally wanted.. lying is bad customer service… I’ll still comeback thou cheapest pizza in town for a reason I guess ♂️

Yesterday afternoon I went buy pizza . While waiting I saw the amount of roaches all over the pizza boxes. There much roaches o couldn’t believe what I saw. It’s was so disgusting. I just left the place. Be careful when you go to buy pizza. Very nasty.

What happened to this place?! Ordered online, person named Edwin Antonio so watch out for this door dash driver, it was 3 pizzas and crazy breads just delivered one even took a picture, I went out immediately to try to catch him he was still at the stop sign ignored me, ignored my calls, texts. Called little Caesar’s no answer, called the door dash delivery customer number and the operator tried to call the driver too, he answered said no English and hanged up to the door dash customer service lady. What in the world?! Now, I texted this driver in Spanish, still ignored me, what type of rigged system is this? The store doesn’t answer, the driver doesn’t answer, and the customer service can’t do anything but report and issue a 24 hour later refund. I was super upset, I have never had such poor customer service support and experience. Back in a day if the driver forgot something, you can speak to someone at the store and get it fixed, now you have a problem and can’t get a hold of anybody and nobody cares. Unacceptable, unprofessional and I hope these people are held accountable for this.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star still waiting for somebody to call me back. I want my $6.49 back. The manager was so rude. They gave me a pizza that was sitting there and when I went back, he wouldn’t refund my money because we ate two little pieces of it Refuse my refund had to take another pizza. I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card. it’s just a point of being treated like crap. They’ve only been open a couple months. I can’t even find out who the owner is. I called 11 times and they don’t answer the phone

The air pockets made up half the pizza .. so half the pizza had no cheese or sauce.. they never slide the pizza properly so dont think about getting a slice easy..the fact that they have to put the pizza in the box so somebody seen that half the pizza had nothing on it really baffles me

I had hungry kids at a pool party. I ordered 4 pizzas ahead of time to be delivered during the party. They brought 2. They charged me $16 in tips, fees, and taxes for $20 worth of food. I knew that and paid it to avoid having to pick it up. But then they brought only 2 pizzas, would not deliver the other 2 without charging more fees, taxes, and tip. And they offered to refund $10 – half of the cost of the pizza only but none of the fees or taxes. I don’t see how it is legal to charge taxes on something you didn’t actually provide, but that’s what they did. In the end, I paid $26 for $10 worth of food and did not have enough pizza for the children.
