I never leave bad reviews but I’ve made multiple attempts to reach both the restaurant and corporate and have been ignored.
Sadly, my order Friday night was completely inedible. As you can see in the picture my breadsticks are covered in cold, thick butter sauce. My pizza was both undercooked and cold. The restaurant was busy, so it wasn’t surprising when I called and they didn’t answer the phone. They also have a sign at the drive thru that says they don’t give refunds anyways. I then submitted an online report of unsatisfactory food and also completed their survey. I have yet to receive any response. Horribly disappointing. I will not be back and I’m hoping I can save anyone else from the same disappointment.

Jenna and her team here are truly the best in every way. Jenna is always so kind, pleasant, positive and she is the reason I choose this Little Caesars. Every time I call to order I hope it is Jenna that answers the phone, and when it is, she can tell it’s me based off of my order. It makes me feel so special that she remembers me. Honestly, it’s the best experience when I can come get a delicious pizza and see Jenna at the same time. Thank you for your exceptional service, Jenna!

Have the pizza delivered, which was fine. The pizza had to be put in my oven because the crust was almost raw. It tasted good afterward though. I got an order of wings and one of the wings was the smallest wing I have ever seen. Not even sure what kind of chicken it could’ve come off of lol. They were all very small, but they did taste good. not a good value at all.

The order was still wrong on the Pretzel Crust pizza order. But I still took the $8.00 (under) deal compare to Marcos pizza for $17.99 on a Door Dash large pizza… Or ordering from them. Saved money even though it wasn’t the pretzel crust pizza I ordered from the pizza. Ate some pizza… I’ll go somewhere to at least get ⭐⭐⭐⭐’s + .

I’ve been to little caesars coast to coast. This one, by far, is the WORST ever. Waiting for a long time. At least 15 cars pulled up and left. No orders were taken. What are guys with backpacks walking in and out doing. Besides smoking with the manager (green shirt) outside. While the line was getting longer & longer. Why should the service be so horrible. You are paying your hard earned money. Beverly & Joe Marks should have this place looked at in regards to servicing the customers. The employees follow by example. Turning away business is not what a franchisee wants to hear. Hey Beverly & Joe, clean house or train the staff to appreciate the customers patronizing your establishment.

We decided on delivery and ended up pepperoni on the cheese pizzas we ordered. When we called and they acknowledged their mistake, they said they would only replace it if we brought back the original food. Unfortunately that’s not an option and that is WHY we ordered delivery in the first place. So because I couldn’t physically bring back the mistake they made, I’m stuck with food I didn’t want and I’m out a lot more money than I should have been. Unbelievable that with prices as high as they are right now, the consumer is just expected to shut up and be thankful we get anything at all.

Little Caesars you did it with these crazy puffs. 3.99 and the size of them is amazing. They look amazing and just are such a good value thank you for being affordable with your food. Honestly yall are just constantly doing better each and every year.
