For weeks now, they’ve told me they’ve “run out of pizza” well over an hour before closing. The first time I questioned it and asked for the employee’s name, they started yelling at me and laughing. I brushed it off.
This week, I tried again but made sure to order online early. I placed my order around 8:50 PM, arrived at 9:10 PM. The drive-thru didn’t answer. They were inside cleaning and mopping, so I parked. Once they saw my car pulling around, they literally hid. The door was locked, no response to knocking — even though I had already paid.
The app tracker claimed my pizza was “in the oven” and then magically showed “ready” right before closing at 10 PM. There was clearly no pizza. I called the next day — no answer. I’m out $20, and honestly, times are hard enough without being treated like this.
This isn’t a one-off. The night crew consistently shuts down early, avoids customers, and shows zero accountability. Convenient location, but absolutely not worth the hassle.
I confronted your employee about it and he walked away from me disrespectfully. Do not come to this place. They will try and gouge you so they can get their tip money.
Within 5 minutes he was pulling back around so we followed to also pickup our order. He was given his pizza but when we pulled up the young man ignored us for awhile and eventually said he was sorry but we still had to wait 10 minutes. When I asked how a customer that came after me got served he had no answer. I requested a refund and asked for a number to corporate or someone I could speak to about the service we received, he then had a young woman come to the windows to say she had no number to give us
I then asked for a manager at which time she said she was the manager, I asked could I have her name and she said she refused to give me her name. I said fine I would find a way to complain at which time she replied “good luck “.I have never had a bad experience at this location and frequent there often, but restore assured I will be putting the word out about this and will not be patronizing this establishment further.
I wanted some pizza bites , I’ve been hooked on these!!!
I pulled up to the drive thru placed my order , drove around to the window, paid , got my food & skirted off lol.
They were so HOT & delicious.

I was advised that my order would be ready within ten minutes; however, after waiting more than twenty minutes while other customers were served, I approached the counter for an update. I was then informed that I would need to wait an additional five minutes.
When I requested the corporate contact number, I was told that it was not available. I then asked to speak with a manager, at which point the employee sarcastically stated that she was the manager, refused to provide her name, stated she did not know the corporate number, and said, “Good luck getting it.”
This interaction was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I did not receive any apology or attempt to resolve the issue. I expect a standard of courtesy and accountability when visiting your establishment, and this experience fell far below that expectation.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

Walked in to order hot and ready pizza. Instead of making a fresh pizza the counter person looked at several pizzas in the warmer and handed me a pizza out of the warmer that was obliviously very old and did not show it to me.
Got home and the pizza was rock hard.
When I returned to the store to complain that I should have never been given a pizza that was old when I ordered at the restaurant counter and was given an old pizza immediately. He stated I got the pizza a long time ago. When I presented my receipt showing it was not he became argumentative and said it wasn’t his fault.
Manager allowed worker to continue to argue with me. At that point I lost all faith in this location and took a refund and left.
This was a case where the clerk tried to dump an old pizza on an unsuspecting customer.
If you order from this location be sure to check or pizza or bypass the location because they will blame you for their problems and argue with you until you leave.
