We ordered the all-you-can-eat option and everything was super fresh and absolutely delicious. Every dish came out quickly and tasted amazing. The service was incredible, attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they really care about both the food and the customer experience. Definitely worth it, and we’ll be back again soon!

The restaurant itself was amazing, spacious and elegant. The food was good untill I found a bug within my food. A small insect, crawling around, no wings. As this was towards the end of my meal It was hard to tell how long it was there, or how many others their could have been. Despite the bug incident, which they addressed immediately the service was overall great. Servers were attentive and provided quick service. They provided me with complimentary ice cream. Given this situation I dont think I’d return to this establishment.

Food is delicious and fresh every time. Impressive for a mall restaurant. Sushi always well prepared and tasty. Cooked entrees as well. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. Decor is charming uniting traditional Asian design with trendy contemporary flair.

I went to this restaurant last weekend got all you can eat DINNER. Was sat and was handed a menu to check stuff off. Very 1 minute an employee was walking by staring extremely hard. Very unpleasant attitudes. We got our food and the whole time we at atleast had 6 different employees just CONSTANTLY kept walking by us and death staring us. They weren’t asking us if everything was ok. They were just staring and staring and staring at us. Very uncomfortable! Also we noticed that the tables that were across from us that didn’t order all you can eat got waited on more pleasantly. They weren’t continuously watched. I’m not sure if it was because our age but we don’t have to steal or run out on a check. I wouldn’t ever come back here because the EMPLOYEES MAKE THE EXPERIENCE BAD
Atmosphere is very nice with the lights and their seating but the service is terrible. The sushi was mid. The hibachi was amazing.

I was there last sunday we had an amazing experience! Tracy was our server and she was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

Food and overall environment was good, but harassing customers for a tip or “higher” tip is outrageous. The service is decent, but nothing special enough for them to chase you down for a tip on the way out. Probably won’t return again just for this reason.

Was another great experience getting hibachi with the family. As always the staff is super nice and respectful. the chef was very entertaining and great with the kids. Hibachi is I’m equal parts about the experience and the food and on both ends it succeeded. The one thing I find funny is how they have a “kids” menu. They’res a few options which is fine but the potions are massive which again is fine. Definitely not complaining just pointing it out. Otherwise great place for a day out with the family

What a waste of money!! I’ve been here a few times for hibachi and the service is always terrible and at times the waitresses are just rude. Today we walked out!! This was our last time here!! The portions of food are small for dinner and lunch is worse. The tip is already included in the bill at 15% so the server has no incentive to provide good service. There are plenty other places in the mall to eat that provide better service and two other hibachi restaurants 10 minutes away all where the portion size is worth the money and you can tip what is fair depending on the service.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this restaurant and have always left generous tips because I truly appreciate good service. However, during my last visit, I had a very unpleasant experience. When I decided to leave a smaller tip than usual, the staff practically stopped me from leaving, pressuring me to give more money.
Tips should be voluntary, not something forced or demanded from customers. If the restaurant wants to make gratuity mandatory, it should be clearly included on the bill as part of their policy — not handled through intimidation or pressure.
It’s disappointing that after being a loyal and generous customer, I was made to feel uncomfortable just because I didn’t leave a large tip on one occasion. This kind of behavior drives away people who genuinely support the business.
