This place has decent burgers, and below average service from teenagers who have an extremely whatever feel.
If you’re close by and want a good ol classic burger, it’s here, even with veggie options. Burgers aren’t big, definitely on the smaller side, but you can add patties. Fries and ketchup are pretty good. Family friendly place with a decent American atmosphere.
The teenagers that work here are overly chill, not too happy, but not a bad mood either – just kinda whatever vibes. They don’t like to do more than the bare minimum, which is fine considering it’s just a burger joint. Don’t expect them to be very friendly, and don’t expect them to add on something outside of exactly what’s on the menu. For example – grilled onions is a no, extra onions are a yes. They blame management for it, but that’s fine.
Decent price with decent service, and if you live here, it’s an easy go to.

Never heard of this place before, thought what the heck I’ll try it. $10 got me a lunch special of a pretty decent portion of pretty good fries, a drink, and a burger which is better described as a slider. Maybe that’s why the name. Anyway, a little disappointed at first, but I’ll be a shaved badged if this wasn’t extremely tasty. The burger seemed hand-shaped, a little too well-done for my usual liking, but absolutely delicious. The fry sauce is excellent, and the fries seemed to have a bit of the same great seasoning as the sandwhich. Surprisingly filling for the size. I was there about 1pm and maybe the just finished a lunch rush, but the place was empty and there were only two, albiet extremely nice, gentleman working, which most likely contributed to the lack of attention due the bathrooms and tables. Nothing major, but certainly not spotless. All in all, definitely worth a try and I’ll definitely be going again if I’m in the area for lunch.

I never leave reviews. Stopped in here to get a burger for lunch with a co worker. I wish we had looked at the reviews beforehand. The cleanliness of this restaurant was absolutely disgusting and has been for years it looks like. From your shoes sticking to the floor, the nasty kitchen, and the disgusting bathroom. NONE of it has been cleaned in a long time. Our clothes are even impregnated with the smell of grease. Just nasty. I’m contacting the health department. I hope they show up before someone gets ill. Stay away.

I didn’t post about the service or atmosphere because I got my burger and fries through GrubHub, but I have to say that the burger and fries arrived probably 20 minutes or 30 minutes after they went out the door because I am so far away from the closest little big burger, and it was still warm and I got the burger with the blue cheese and the truffle fries with the sauce and it was absolutely amazing. I’ve been in the store before downtown Portland but not in the one in Tigard totally recommend little big burger.

The Maui burger was one of the best pineapple including burgers I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, little big burger was exactly what it was. Perfect amount of food. The bathrooms were a mess, and the tables all needed to be cleaned desperately, but there was plenty of room when we got in. There were also tables available outside.

Their burgers are fire! Perfect size and if you get fries its a big serving. I like the truffle fries and a burger with cheese. The location is a chill spot not too busy but not slow on peak times. You now can order your own food at this location so the interaction with the staff is minimal.

Went in nice to ask them if they can re do my fries I had paid for two, they agreed to but then they return one fries back to me, when I went back inside to ask for my other fries, the gentleman young Latino guy, was given me the worst attitude and did not want to give me my other fries that I paid for, clearly his not fit for that job if he has a attitude like that, worst experience ever I just wanted my moneys worth, I love little big burger but this location needs to re hire new professional staff cuz this kid is horrible at it. Or put him on the back if he does not like to deal with it, bet his girlfriend cheated, or he was having a bad day probably on his period, geez buddy man up and deal with it

I like the concept of Little Big Burger. They offer high quality burgers and fries, and the portions are “normal”. You’re not going to find a giant 2000 calorie burger here, instead you’ll get an appropriately portioned, high-quality beef burger, with quality fixings, like Tillamook cheese. The result is a burger that tastes great, but doesn’t leave you over stuffed with regret. Can’t have a burger without fries – an order of fries from LBB is again, a normal serving, cooked crispy and seasoned with salt and truffle oil! It is the perfect side, of course. If you like fry sauce, they got that too and from what I hear, it’s pretty damn good. They also serve chicken burgers, Beyond Burger, root beer floats and a small offering of ice-cold beers.

I want to know how I can get a hold of management about this because this is really unacceptable. I placed an order for a well done burger and fries at 5pm to be ready for pick up at 5:30, when I arrived at 5:31 they told me it will be another five to ten minutes. I work only a few stores down and after my ten hour clinical shift I pre-ordered this in advance so I walked back to work to wait another ten minutes. When I go back at 5:45 Im told it is still not ready. My order was not ready until 5:50, to preorder this and still have to wait twenty minutes past my pickup time is ridiculous. And to make matters worst when I finally get my food and go home, after taking a big bite of my burger I see that it is a very NOT well done burger. I broke it up and noticed all the way through there is RAW meat for a WELL DONE burger. This is just really not ok. If I could give this a zero stars I would.

This time I got delivery and it was just as enjoyable. I even loved their well seasoned Beyond Burger. I like to get 2 different burgers 1 new and 1 more traditional and eat 1/2 of each. 1 order of Truffle fries is enough to share, as well.
Also Their sauces! The fry sauce is traditional tasting but also taste… cleaner – like it’s made with better ingredients than most. The ketchup is unique and complex with a little bite of spiciness, but still familiar enough to be comforting. The Truffle fries, however, are delicious enough to eat sans sauces.
