Food is decent. Come here every so often. However, I always think to myself.. the girl behind the counter is NEVER friendly, customer service is awful. No engagement whatsoever. Order came in complete and poor quality, my girlfriend ordered chicken and shrimp soup and the noodles were literal TOP RAMEN NOODLES with a very poor quality broth. My combo plate ca.e incomplete missing 2 out of the 3 items I ordered with it. Save your money there’s plenty of other great places to get Chinese food.

Katsu Chicken was smelly and black on the inside. Bbq Beef had a sour taste and also smelled. When I asked for a refund employees gave me a bad attitude. I wasnt going to eat exoired meat.

Wow! I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt since reopen.
For starter, customer services is HORRIBLE.
Secondly, the food sucks! Noodles are hard, and the best part their teriyaki is nothing but chicken skin not chicken itself.
So disappointed, I really hope they get new ownership or just stay closed.

Racist undertones here. I came in to order food for my mom and was completely ignored—no greeting, no service—until a white customer stepped in to help me. Even then, the worker/owner never acknowledged me. On top of that, someone bumped into me to grab a box without even saying “excuse me.”
It wasn’t “bad service.” It was microaggressions and blatant disregard because I’m Black. I won’t support a business that treats people this way.

Food was burnt and rank… tasted horrible and the order was NOT accurate at All! Each meal should also include steamed rice, chow mein, vegetables… NEVER received chow mein and FOOD was not eatable and the Katsu Chicken was burnt and old and cooked in tons of old oil… SO DISGUSTING!! Also I called to let the worker/owner know about how we the food was NOT good and how there was No Chow Mein … and he hung up in my face… DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT WILL MAKE U UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!! Look at the pictures that show how disgusting the food looks and how they don’t know how to present their food…THUMBS down
