So I went with a friend and on both our orders they left out part of our food that we had to ask for. They did right away fixed it but just odd it happened to both of us. I enjoyed the rice ball the most. My friend said the same thing. We also thought the price was good for what we got. We are willing to come back. Also noted the white sauce is very mayo based just so you know. My friend loved the white sauce I didn’t.

The food was good. There’s nothing to jump through hoops for, though. Got the chicken katsu and was not disappointed. The service could be better, though. Order was taken promptly and without issue, but everyone behind the counter had a bad juju look to their faces like death was upon them. You have to go up to get your food and wish they’d bring it to get honest, but that’s purely preference on my part. Would recommend for an occasional visit.

We tried this place for the first time and it was great. The portions were great. The food was outstanding. Only thing is they gave us the wrong meat for one of our plates but the lady who im guessing was the manager was quick to make it right. Great! Well, this second time we came back bc it was so good th first time. The portions of meat were half the size. I asked about it and the guy that im guessing was the manager this day just kept saying thats the portion we give and I told him its not what it was the last time and all he kept saying was ” thats the portion we give”. Nothing else. Didn’t try to make anything right. Didn’t even care attitude. He also went over to the ladies that took the order and said something and I watched as they smirked and smiled right at us. Way to manage a business and offer great customer service, NOT! The meats were over cooked and dry and the veggies could be cooked a little longer. Overall, the food is hit or miss and inconsistent. The first lady manager was great though. She actually takes pride in her service and making her customers happy.

Food was delicious. Service not so much. When I told the worker that the food on the plate given to me was not what I ordered I was then questioned asking me “are you sure you told the cashier that?” Yes I’m sure. I would never have ordered shrimp. Lady rolled her eyes at me, huffed and puffed and made it seem like it was the end of the world. I never ended up getting my food.

I have been there few times I also ordered to go. The food is tasty and the staff was friendly! The order was correct! There are few thing that I wish they do like adding more vegetables! It is Asian style restaurant but fast! Overall will be back again!

I have tried them twice. They are affordable and the hibachi is delicious. I would prefer more vegetables and they do offer it at an extra fee. You can eat on the inside of the restaurant also. I would like to try a few other things on the menu next time I go.

Never again.
3 stars for the food because mine was 5 and my girlfriends was 1. She got the chicken.
Problem was, we went in at 8:10. They closed at 9. So we had 50 minutes and it was our first time there (I told the lady at the register that). She said “the food will probably come in a to go box because we’re about to close). What? So we were basically being rushed out. They treated my girlfriend terribly giving her the cold shoulder for no reason, and I could see them making comments and cutting eyes at me. For no reason.
$40 I spent to be rushed out and talked badly about in a very obvious way. And I was extremely polite the entire time and could just tell they wanted us out. They started putting all the chairs on the tables at 8:30 and wiping all the tables except ours of course, all while standing there staring at us. I got a bag and a to go container for my soup and we left quickly. Didn’t even get to finish my food and left still hungry. It was 8:40.
No one said goodbye, thanks for coming, have a nice night… nothing.
Never again. Wouldn’t go back if it was free. How people treat people matters.

Be wary if you are going to order online from this place. Food is decent, but the staff is not attentive to your order. They have done it wrong for us twice, and last time completely left off several things we ordered. When you call back to try and get it fixed, they say they aren’t responsible for the online or delivery platform etc, and make you go jump through hoops elsewhere and it’s never solved. Some of the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Which is a shame because it could be a good place otherwise.

Little Ari is an offshoot of Arigato, same food except they don’t cook in front of you. The menu board is on the wall with items numbered, so you order in the proper sequence. My sister has eaten here before, so she knew the ordering drill. At the counter, you order your main & size (regular or light), then your rice choice, a veggie and 2 sauces. Here’s what she ordered: Hibachi Shrimp Light, fried rice, zucchini/onions but no onions and 2 white sauces. I think he was new but he was stumped at shrimp “light”. He called a girl over and she asked her if by “light” she meant the appetizer? She said no and pointed to the menu board that had the size choices. The girl said, ok and told him what to press. He then asked her if she wanted broccoli. Broccoli isn’t even a veggie choice and she said no, she wanted the zucchini/onions but no onions. He said so you want double zucchini, that’s a dollar extra? No, just no onions. He called the girl over again and she said it couldn’t be ordered that way because the zucchini and onions were together. My sister mentioned she had ordered it that way a week ago with no problem. They insisted she couldn’t. I wanted to point out that they aren’t mixed because you can get double zucchini. My sister was a really good sport and just let it go and got double zucchini and paid the dollar. I ordered the Hibachi Shrimp Light, which again seemed to stump him. He explained that if we didn’t say what we wanted in the proper order, the computer was confusing so he would just ask me questions. Fine with me. Broccoli? I asked does it come with broccoli? Only if you want it. So I said sure. Rice? Fried. Veggie? Zucchini/onions. Sauce? 1 ginger and 1 white. Drink? Yes. Tea or soda? (They are self serve but I guess it’s an inventory thing so I said tea. You get a buzzer, sit down and then go back up to get your food. The food was good but it should be noted that in the combined zucchini/onions I got a pile of onions and literally 1 strip and 1 piece of zucchini. Again, the food was good but some serious training needs to be done. The manager was standing there but he never got involved. I doubt I’ll go back.
