Absolutely phenomenal! Decided to try it out with my family today. My mom has been looking for a good Taco Pizza ever since Pizza Hut stopped selling it and this place threw her back to enjoying it with theirs! I got a Pepperoni and it was probably the BEST Pizza ive had in the area, and cheesecake on top of it to finish off and it was FANTASTIC! My only complaint was the soda mix was the tiniest bit off and I could taste extra syrup. But the amazing food and friendly service excused it and turned it into a 5 star experience!

Love this place! Me and my friends always stop here when passing through town after hitting the slopes. We’ve split 3 different kinds of pizza so far and they’ve all been great. Actually use jalapeños with a lil kick.

At first, I was a little hesitant with the high ratings. Sometimes Google reviewers lose their minds. I travel for business so have been privy to pizza from Boston, Long Island, and Brooklyn. Originally from Philadelphia, I understand the cheesesteak. The build is beautiful. Across between restaurant and typical pizza shop. Bathrooms were bright and spotless. The pizza was honestly very good, let’s face it, Hagerstown is probably not the pizza capital of the world. But again very very good, certainly not the “best ever”. The cheesesteak special was decent. The roll was correct, however, the meat and cheese were standard pizza shop. Fries are similar to Boardwalk fries. Portions were a little on the lighter side for the slice and the cheesesteak lunch special, but where perfect for me. Heavy eaters may not be full. Overall excellent little pizza shop would recommend and return. Some suggestions. Have salt and pepper available on the tables. Consider using Cooper Sharpe in your cheesesteaks, this will blow the locals minds.

Great little find. Friday lunch and the special was delicious. The bread was amazing and the fries were fresh cut. Can’t wait to go back and try the pizza. As a note it’s a small shop so limited seating. The owner was lovely.

A little cramped. I suppose that’s what you should expect when most are likely there for takeout.
The waitstaff were having a good time checking in on customers. Ours was smoothly going between tables and trying to carry on with their own conversations between passes to give us privacy.
I don’t know how to describe the pizza aside from “surprisingly filling.” I would go again, and expect to take home leftovers.

So I decided to try out Little Alex’s pizzeria, I ordered the Cuban panini for me and the cheesesteak for my fiancée.
•My fiancée loved the cheesesteak, he had nothing bad to say about it! It was filled perfectly, no parts of the subs left without steak or cheese! He got his with fried onions, steak, American cheese and mayo only! You do have the option to have extras added but my fiancée likes his pretty simple.
•I loved the Cuban panini! The portion was great for the price! It came with fries which are hand cut and fried fresh and they were salted perfectly. The Cuban was made with great quality ham, not the cheap ham that other restaurants in Hagerstown use on their Cubans (sorry not sorry) I got mine with the pickles on the side and no mustard! I really really wish they had a garlic mojito to dip it in or maybe garlic aoli to put on the actual sandwich!! It would really really elevate it and take the already delicious panini go the next level!
• My fiancée and I also both agreed that they use pretty fresh ingredients so nothing we ate made us feel sick, sluggish or left us with our tummy’s hurting! It’s really refreshing to have a good experience with a restaurant in Hagerstown, Alex’s has definitely earned my business!

Checked this place out after snowboard and was really impressed. Make sure to let the cheese on the pizza cool a little before you try to eat it, this is your warning.

First timers. We dined in and had breaded mushrooms, cheeseburger sub and chicken cheesesteak with fresh cut fries. We loved every bite. We plan to definitely go back to try other items on the menu. Our next trip will be the pizza for sure!
