We really enjoy coming to Little Alex’s Mexican Grill! Every time we visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and great quality. You can truly taste the difference. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, and the portions are generous.
The atmosphere is really nice — clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It’s a great spot to sit down and enjoy a good meal. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
Next time, we’re definitely trying their pastor tacos!

Incredible Mexican spot in 5 Points! Little Alex’s has pedigree to the Montecito location that started 33 years ago. The people who work here are incredibly kind and go way out of their way to help their customers. In my case there was a mistake in the “to go” order and they went so far as to send somebody to my house to replace it.
There’s a cute outdoor eating area add a super cute bar indoors.
I’ve been a customer play entire life and I hope that you find the same joy in this restaurant that I have.

This is quite a generic hole in the wall restaurant, up to the counter and give your order and they give you a little flag for your table. Unfortunately I had people behind me and couldn’t really look at the whole menu and decide what I wanted so I just went with the floutas.
I saw they had ceviche , I’ll get a menu next time. I suggest they place menus by the door so people can make a quicker order. and not feel rushed..

What a gem little Alex‘s is! I had the fish tacos, and my daughter had the flautas and both meals were very very tasty, salsa were very fresh tasting, tortillas were delicious. Everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating., we will be back. I promise you that.

Their specialty meats (e.g. pollo chile verde, chile colorado) and soup are especially delicious! Had an incredibly delicious lunch today on the outdoor patio at Little Alex’s in the 5-Points Center here in Santa Barbara. The owner, Josh made the suggestion to try the Pork Chimichanga, and Wow, what a home run! Generous, flavorful, and loaded with all the fixins. Add to that two salsa options and a warm basket of Tortilla Chips… What a meal.
Still a family run operation and it shows.
