This was my first time at Lit Pizza… It was amazing! It’s like a Subway for pizzas and calzones. I did a make-your-own calzone. Becca helped me through the process and made recommendations. It was absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely be back!

We’ve been wanting to try this place. Definitely do not recommend getting it through DoorDash! The pizza and breadsticks weren’t even slightly warm. The bacon jalapeño breadsticks were doughy and undercooked. The pizza was supposed to be well done. It was also doughy and cold. Both went directly in the trash. Huge waste of $40!

Was excited to try the bowl they offer as a crustless option. What I got was a watery, soggy mess. In spite of ordering the red sauce, there was none. The bowl only had a small amount of an oily, watery liquid in the bottom of the pan. It also did not appear to be fully cooked through, with no browning, just a glob of barely melted cheese with the toppings I requested.

I like me some Lit Pizza. However, EVERY TIME I order online, one of the pizzas is missing a topping. EVERY TIME. If whoever picks up the pizzas for the family doesn’t check all of them, 10 out of 10 times, at least one will be missing toppings when we open the boxes at home. CHECK YOUR PIZZAS before you leave!

Finally decided to give this place a try as usually I only go to Fat boys plus goodbee is kinda out the way.
*note traffic here is heavy expect to wait to get to and DEFINITELY expect to wait to get food here If u didn’t order thru toast. Lines wrapped and according to other people here stays here most of the day
I may have to rethink crowning Fatboy’s #1 8.95 for a custom pizza that made in front of u and oven baked is pretty phenomenal, ESPECIALLY, considering it’s not just basic cheese or pepperoni pizza u get for that price.
As your order moves up the line u can make extra requests or changes if needs be. Which is awesome.
There IS a rewards program same company that Fatboy’s uses…toast. except unlike Fatboy’s they give rewards on EVERYTHING except alcohol which is 100x better.
The cheese sticks here are awesome, I order the jalapeno bacon ones and they were off the chain prob better than Dominos cheesy bread and cheesier. Since it’s made like a calzone
The pizza I had was okay I had the locallite I wasn’t superrr impressed with that combo but I definitely didn’t think it was nasty or bad. Will definitely go back to try another
*Also for those who are meat lovers DO NOT expect a fully loaded meat pizza the meat additions are kind of light. Even the andouille sausage on mine isn’t like a whole chunk more like a thin slice like pepperoni not going to knock no stars for that bc it’s not a bad thing.
Staffs was fairly friendly here although busy as to be expected

My experience here was extremely frustrating. I was ready to place my order after being made to walk back and forth twice just to see the toppings while the staffer stood at the entrance counter. Once I was finally ready, the employee looked directly at me, then abruptly turned her back to talk to a coworker and walked away. The fact that two other employees saw this happen and completely ignored me is unacceptable. I immediately left and canceled my order, choosing to take my business elsewhere. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the entire team resulted in truly poor customer service.
