Bottomless mimosa❌
The buffet spread did not have all of the items available as mentioned on the menu. The food, if available was barely warm and dried out. Communicated to the manager that there was no food on the buffet bar, she stated they were working on it. They had only brung out a dish of salmon. Recommendation: If you must eat here, order of the menu. But plan to wait extremely long for the dish.
Bottomless mimosa: we did not receive a pitcher as the restaurant “ran out”. Therefore our server made it mimosa at the bar. Bottomless was only 2 cups of mimosas before they ran out of champagne well before the buffet/bottomless event time was over. Was not compensated or discounted for not receiving bottomless mimosas.
Overall experience: Poor

Do not recommend. The vibe will always vibe, but the service was very poor. Eat and drink before or after attending their events.

This was my first visit to Lisp and I came on a particularly busy night with a friend. Even with the crowd of folks we received our food in decent time; this was even after the waiter let us know they were short staffed tonight. I got the lamb chop dinner with truffle fries and crispy brussels sprouts. The sprouts were indeed crispy and had a good flavor on them. The lamb chops came well done, though I would have preferred medium well. The taste of the grill marks was a little more noticeable than desired, but overall I enjoyed the seasoning and flavor of them. The parmesan truffle taste wasn’t overbearing on the fries and were a nice compliment to the rest of the meal. I had some wine to was it all down and would be open to coming back in the future.

STAMP!! Their Lisp Lemon Pepper Wings ($15 six fried wings with lemon pepper dust, ranch, & Bleu cheese dressing). No dip needed, crunchy, & full of flavor!!
STAMP!! Their Lisp Sliders ($ their Lisp burger slider with cheddar, bacon, & arugula, Their Rich Boy slider with grilled shrimp, arugula, & aioli, & Their Fried Chicken slider with arugula, & a aioli). Every last one of the sliders HIT!! The burger was juicy, the shrimp was flavorful, & the chicken crispy!!
STAMP!! Their Collard Green Egg Rolls ($12 braised collard green, & jasmine rice stuffed egg rolls with a bourbon hot honey, & a cherry glaze dip). These actually had some heat to it, crispy, & tasty!!
LIKE THAT! Their Flash Fried Brussel Sprouts ($5 drizzled with their honey bourbon sauce). The honey sauce set this off!! Excellent!!
LIKE THAt! Their Sweet Potato Hash ($20 with short rib, sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, & a fried egg). A savory sweet potato mix, with tender short rib!!
STAMP!! Their Shrimp Rich Boy ($15 with blackened shrimp, crab meat, spinach, tomato relish, & a cajun remoulade on a toasted hoagie roll, & truffle wedges). Get this! Perfectly grilled shrimp, well seasoned crab, with buttery crispy fries!!
STAMP!! Their Short Ribs ($28 slow cooked short ribs, with mashed potatoes, & gravy). Savory gravy, tender ribs, with tasty sides!!
STAMP!! Their Grilled Lamb Chops ($32 four chops with chimichurri, green beans, & rice). Well seasoned, meaty, & tasty!!

Stay away from the BRUNCH!!! Food sits out there from start to finish. Food was extremely cold. I think this is a way to save money, but also has people like me making it a 1 and done type of place. I wanted to like it, I might try again in 6 months. The waitress was extremely nice though, Mimosas were really good.

First time having brunch here. Brunch starts at 11 we arrived at 12. The lady (Katrina)at door which I was told was the owner did not look up to acknowledge us , did nothing but sit and play on her phone the entire time we were there. Ebony was the only waitress during our 2 1/2 duration, she was excellent and kept a smile the entire time. I guess the cook didn’t know that cheese goes in omelettes so we sent them back with the big chunks of red peppers. Overall food was just ok 5 out of 10. Could have been hotter, just lukewarm. Variety of food was good, options for everyone.

My cousin and I visited this place on October 2nd, and I will definitely be back! Allure band was doing their big one. I was happy with the service I received from my server, and I was also pleased to know that Sarah works there as well, as she is one of my favorite Bartenders. I had a nice convo w/one of the owners and told her that I need to go in the kitchen and smack the chef because those collard green eggrolls are DISRESPECTFUL!

I have been here twice both times to support the Djs. The first time order 5 wings for $16. And because we were sharing as most couples do we had to order another entree. So we ordered the cajun pasta. Both entrees were very tasty but could definitely use more food to complete the servings. Yesterday we choose not to attempt the wings and went with the catfish and short ribs. Again running into the same issue. The serving sizes are too small for the prices. At 26 dollars I definitely expected to receive the version of the entree I read Short ribS. And $22 for catfish with one piece of fish. I would return because the food was good but I don’t have high expectations on the portions.

Enjoyed my time here. It was right after brunch ended and karaoke was still going, a nice vibe. Patience is key as the transition can be busy but communication and service made up for it. Food came out hot and visually pleasing. The taste was good as well.
