My friends and I have been coming to Lisa’s for several years, but unfortunately last night was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We came for Taco Tuesday to enjoy wings and drinks, but the quality was very disappointing.
The wings were extremely small (Cornish hen size) and the portion included a mix of various wing sizes, including several that were noticeably tiny. On top of that, they were overly salty. The margarita we ordered was also extremely sour and didn’t taste right at all.
When we asked if the drink could be remade, the bartender acted as if we were trying to get an extra shot, which was never our intention. We simply wanted a properly made drink.
We brought our concerns to both the waiter and another server, hoping the owner or manager would be informed and at least come out to address the issue. However, nothing was done. When we received our bill, none of the items we had concerns about were removed or adjusted. Instead, we were told, “I can’t take food off once it leaves the kitchen.”
To be clear, we weren’t demanding a refund — we just wanted the situation handled professionally and for someone to make it right. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a place we’ve supported for years.

My first time visiting. This place was super fun and shout out to their DJ. This place offer free food and that was a first for me. Although I didn’t partake it was definitely a great gesture. I ordered the liver dinner with mac & cheese and green beans. It wasn’t bad just fried a little too hard. For my drink I ordered Courvoisier with a splash of coke thank me later I really love that this place had a pool table and plenty of seating. The dance floor was vibing all night oh and the vibe gives 30+ which is always my preference. Highly recommended will definitely revisit.

I went to enjoy a birthday celebration and placed an order for food at 7:20; drinks kept coming out, but not my food. At 8:20 I asked about my order, guess what? The server never placed it! I tell my guest that I am leaving. She then claims to have placed the order. I tell her to cancel the order, because I am not waiting another hour. She has the audacity to say I have to get permission from the manager. The manager has the audacity to say ” you just placed the order at 8:20.” Explained again what happened. Nut, accountability wasn’t on the menu. We left. They made a member of our group pay for the food that they(Lisa’s) ordered an hour late and that we informed them that we no longer wanted. Guess they needed the coins real bad. Back to Guava it is.

This was an evening event. I stopped in with a few friends while taking a ride our motorcycle. The food was great. We had a few wings and the music was the,”Bomb!” It was on point. Whoever the Disc Jockey was, he knew how to entertain a crowd. I had a ball and if I’m ever in the area again riding with my Biker friend’s we will most definitely stop in. The service was on point. A couple of my friends ordered a beer and a shot of vodka. We danced a while and we were out. This is a Restaurant and Lounge, the guys or girls can play pool, you can sit and chat with ur significant other or do a meet and greet. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I am The girl who ruled the dance floor that evening. “Chello,” everybody. The security was tight and the atmosphere was nice. I appreciated the time I spent at Lisa’s Lounge to the utmost. I give this place a Big Thumbs up! – I had a Ball and one day I will return.

Honestly it’s like if buffalo wild wings had soul. Delicious and the vibe snapped me all the way back to the 90s when “poison” came on their sound system that has no reason to be that good. Ill admit the outside made us double think the situation since it’s not much to look at. But im super glad we listened to the other reviews and went in. We had more food than we could eat at a reasonable price. 2 hungry teenage boys who are obsessed with wings and tenders approve this place. We even had 1 tender left we just couldn’t eat. So full. So happy.

I’m from Indiana, just passing through on a Wednesday night. I stopped here to grab something to eat and watch the game and was hoping to grab a piece of the local culture. This place was on point. My waiter, Lanette, was on point made sure I was taking care of and not forgot about. I ordered the two piece dish and shrimp, and it was delicious. The broccoli wasn’t all that, but I cleaned everything else. Security pats down at the door, which I was glad to see. I really enjoyed my experience here, and recommend my fellow truck drivers to stop by if you looking for an older (30 & up) spot to chill. Music good, food good, nice crowd, and black owned business was more than I expected.

If you are in the area DO NOT miss out on this food! The food is so good it tastes just like homemade straight from grandmas kitchen. The service was TOP TIER!! Rodney was amazing! He gave us phenomenal service and was super friendly and kind. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We will be back!!
