Fantastic shop with very nice employees. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in New Jersey. Generous portions of egg and breakfast meat, on a soft kaiser roll. Fair prices as well.

Absolutely love this place. This deli is the definition of a local gem, amazing Italian sandwiches, generous portions, and consistently fresh ingredients. The sandwiches were dry. The person making them wasn’t pleasant at all!y stomach for upset after eating the sandwiches from there.
I also got a limoncilo cake from there that tasted horrible! The texture was dry and it tasted like bread.

Spent the day in Brooklyn and needed to feed the family. Read the reviews online for Lisa’s, but that didn’t tell the story of how fantastic the sandwiches tasted. In short…phenomenal and definitely a highlight if my first trip to New Jersey. Be warned…they have a sandwich for every appetite and desire. Fresh meats and cheeses, plus fresh bread equal a fantastic sandwich. Bonus for me…I got to show my boys the type of Italian deli I frequented in my youth. They also carry a large number of foods from prosciutto to salami to fresh cheeses to massive cans of tomatoes. Parking is a bit tricky but it’s definitely worth the effort. Will absolutely visit again!

There is no way Italians are running this place. The food is not edible. I’m nauseas from a few bites. Burnt dry eggs and roll -no cheese like description, next sandwich was 4 pieces of low quality thick Swiss on my egg sandwich. Taste like a rubber ball. I’m so disappointed for the cost and wait time. Very sad, put a little love into the cooking.

Lisa’s Italian Deli is a go-to lunch time spot of mine that never dissapoints. I’ve had many of their sandwich offerings and all vary from good to exceptional. The only small gripe I have is that the sandwich contents vary depending on who is making it; sometimes packed to the brim with all the goods and other times a little light.
I will continue coming here for my lunchtime needs and recommend those looking for a quality
meal to stop in too.

I have been coming here before I could see over the counter, I am not 39 years old. Best fresh MOZZ in the COUNTRY!!!!! The bread….omg to die for!!!….. My father knew where the best food was…..Thank you guys for so many years of amazing business! We love you! The community loves you!

Food was OK. But the place in located in a good area, and sitting outside among the plants and having your meal is beautiful.
Had a pepperoni salami, was quite bland. Also had onion rings and meat ball pasta. Rings were too oily but the pasta was decent.
Can visit if you’re nearby and want a quick meal.

Terrible experience with delivery…waited over an hour for chicken parm and garlic cheese bread and raised is what I got …terrible quality and way too expensive for dry pasta, old overcooked chicken and “garlic bread” come on I can do better than this…stay away

This place is pretty good. I think they have great sandwiches and I like the macaroni salad. I got wings here once and thought it was a mistake, stick to sandwiches. The chicken cutlet is great.
